Course review
This was a very nice public course and will defiantly play again in the future.
Hidden Gem
I absolutely enjoyed this course, as I from South Georgia this course reminded me of course back home. The layout was top tier compared to a lot of the courses in the Atlanta area. For instance, number 11 has a pond all down the left side, so the amateur golfer would reasonably bail to the right off the tee, however the rolling hills up the right side of the fairway allow for a good barrier for those who do bail off to the right.
Also, for the greens being punched exactly two weeks ago, the superintendent has done well with sanding and watering as these artifice took holes are filling in nicely, and for the most part the greens rolled fairly smooth.
GO PLAY THIS COURSE
No Marshalls. Pathetic pace of play.
Good layout with some interesting hole designs. Greens had been punched and sanded which should have been mentioned but wasn’t. Give ‘em a pass on that.
The only real complaint though - Course management is horrible. No Marshalls and ridiculous pace of play with a bunch of yahoos screwing it up for everyone else. Constant waiting makes an otherwise good round no fun.

No Marshall to get the one group going
Great course just the typical slow group who had everyone held up putting for six and lining putts up.

Great Course
This is a great course over the summer to play. Greens were rolling true and with a good speed. Pace of play was not bad at all after the second hole. Overall a great time and will be back to play again sometime.
