Heather Ridge Golf Course
About
HeatherRidge Golf Course is a nine-hole course with all the challenges of a full-length course. It's an ideal round for when you don't have time to play 18 holes. Water has a prominent presence throughout thanks to a creek that winds through the entire course with tributaries that snake in and out of the holes and there are also ponds that come into play. You'll find water on a total of seven holes. There are a few other tricky spots to watch out for as well, including subtle breaks in the greens. Hitting straight is the key to scoring well and both accuracy and creative shot-making skills are needed. HeatherRidge G.C. has appeal for players of all skill levels and the affordable rates make it doubly appealing.

Unerrated
Golf course conditions were excellent. Great greens considering the conditions of 5 star neighboring courses that are in bad condition due to the bad winter.
Pace of play was not good - rangers need to be more active to keep the pace of play moving. They were present on the course but not active.
The course is very good for beginners - yet challenging enough for good players. I had my daughter out with me and she is an infrequent player who had a very good time on the course.
Besides more activity from the marshalls, you may want to consider flattening out the practice putting green in the front so that flatter putts can be practiced. This way, you can be better prepared to have a read on the speeds of the greens on the course.
This is a very good 9 hole facility - very underrated and a great value.
Great course for beginners
My wife and I went to Heather Ridge this weekend to kick-off our foray into golf.
The staff was extremely helpful. The course was in very good condition. We found it to be a very challenging course.
It was actually the perfect length for us. The only issue we had was a bottle-neck caused by a group of women who decided to take an extended break on the 8th hole. This caused every group behind them to bunch up. We actually had a really good pace going until we caught up to some strollers that got passed by the group in front of us. Not a big deal and if weather was warmer we wouldnt have cared.
Thanks for the great round of gold and we will definitely be back!
Great Course to get in & out quickly
Love this course when you are short on time. A full course with 9 holes.
Heatherridge
nice lil golf challenge for all levels...keep it straight or else...lol
Great Condition and Great pricing
Well kept 9-hole course that offers great pricing. $19 during twilight for the 9-hole. Relatively easy course with a short par 5 and a really short par 3.
Used a Golf Now Last Minute Special Value Discount---Great Value
looked for a place to play at the last minute and found a decent course for an incredible price within one hour of the time I wanted to play with my grandson. The course Heather Ridge was in remarkably good shape considering a creek meanders thru the course on various holes with tributaries stemming off on most of the nine hole layout. Although there were some areas in which casual water was present and water lay in some bunkers, it was all in all a pleasant round specially with my grandson in tow.
Great for 9
This course was a great course to get warmed up for the summer season. The greens are broad, slanted and unpredictable (unfortunately). I had a great time.
Best 9 hole in the area
This course is amazing. It's as good as any other public 18 hole course in the are, with the exception of course, that it only has 9 holes. Well maintained, good amount of water, beautiful course. If you don't have time for 18, this is where you need to be.
