About
Pukalani Country Club has a unique location at the 1,100-foot elevation of the famous Mount Haleakala, an extinct volcano whose name means “House of the Rising Sun.” The dramatic elevation offers breathtaking views that span the West Maui Mountains to the Pacific Ocean. The golf course features wide, undulating fairways and fast, sloped greens. The gently rolling terrain can cause some tricky uneven lies. There are trees and well placed bunkers scattered throughout to provide further challenge. Pukalani Country Club has a unique feature on the par-3 third hole. The hole gives golfers the options of hitting to one of two very different greens, one which requires a tee shot over a tree-filled gully and another that requires a shot beyond a cliff to a pal tree-lined green.

Riders pay
The golf course is fine , I think they could charge less for a non golfer rider (senior) than they do.
Hole #3 - Par 3
Found the Rule the your entire 4some has to play the same Tbox unfair. I was the lone women golfer in the 4some - Was told I had to play the same Tbox (over a raven) as the men. Seems silly as we all meet up at hole #4 and I would have been a single.
Also even though there was a group behind us - we would have kept pace.

Great course
Played on a Thursday when they have guest discounts and it was pretty fun. The range balls have seen better days, but the pace of play and course itself were great. Well kept greens. A lot of houses nearby so definitely need to keep the drives straight
Best $40 course I have ever played
This place is a steal. Nice views, course was in great shape, except for bunkers, could use some sand. Always had nice grass under each shot, no hard pan anywhere. Greens were slow but true. Have spent $100 or more on courses that weren't half as good as this one. Highly recommend.
Great track, Great Value
The course layout was challenging. The greens were amazing and the staff very friendly and professional. Only recommendation: bring a range finder! Best value for the island!!

A nice, no frills course.
Not fancy, but makes it up with a nice layout and a super friendly staff. Greens were very slow.
Great greens, nice staff, good times
Cart path veers off into the unknown sometimes but that’s what makes it fun. Fairways are not too narrow and the greens were aerated and in good condition. You can’t beat the views.
