every hole was unique.
a few rough spots in the fairways,
but nothing that was a real bother

i rate this very high for only having nine holes. play your second nine at the Wadlow course! this course helped keep me sane while living in Alton! very challenging and I never got sick of golfing The Rock!
Another Surprise In Alton, IL
Not a bad course. Greens were small, but in great shape with consistent speed. Played on a Saturday afternoon (1130). Pace of play was fantastic! Never had to wait or be pushed. I will go back for another quick nine!

good to see someone investing in this course. I grew up playing this course, it is special to me lots of good memories. staff is very accommodating. i was on a tight schedule to get in nine holes before work, let me start on hole six, thanks guys. also thanks to whoever found my head cover. staff called and left message. the boss needs to know when his employees do the little extra things !!! thanks to golfer that turned in head cover. thanks Ron for calling !!!!!!
