Presents unique challenge
This course is well taken care of. It provides its own set of challenges by pushing your iron game and forcing the player to shorten up with its range of doglegs. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking for a quick round without worrying about putting a pack of balls out of play with the driver.
A beautiful Fall day for golfing!
Pros: Staff very friendly, excellent caddie
Cons: Fairways had spots with little to no grass. Confusing layout. I had the first tee time of the day yet there were groups already teeing off when I should up.
Shady Oaks golf day
I always enjoy playing here. There are some challenging holes, but I hit the ball fairly straight, now my Buddy struggled and lost several golf balls. The greens were a lot faster than my course so took me a few holes to lag the ball and not charge my putts. I shot well, 38-36 and we played the Senior tees. Looking forward to playing here again. Thank You.
Surprisingly difficult
Had a lot of rain lately. Course was in very good condition. It is surprisingly difficult. Narrow fairways I enjoy this course as a change of pace from where I normally play
Awesome Course
The course was in great shape. It is a shot makers course. If you hit drivers every time you can get into some trouble.

Love this course.
This is a wonderful course in excellent condition. A thinking golfers course which requires precision. Have never had a problem with pace of play and staff is very friendly.
Great Shape
I have reviewed before but am sending another just to comment that I played Saturday and the course was in the best shape I have ever seen. Good job grounds crew. This is always a great place to play, not super crowded and challenging . As I said before, if you can't hit it straight(or properly move the ball) you will not score.
Nice course in the country !
Great course although it is getting a little dry on some holes due to lack of rain. Very challenging for a par 71 course. You would never believe it is under 6000 yards.
A Shaddy little place in the country !
The course was under 6000 yards but you never would have know it ! There was a abundance of shade all over the course which I really enjoyed ! Very challenging & you need to stay in the fairway on most holes. It was my first time there but will be back soon ! The staff was also very friendly !
