About
Arlington Lakes Golf Club is situated amid the northwest suburbs of Chicago. Locals treasure the course as one of the area's hidden gems. At 5,331 yards from the back tees, this par-68 layout is on the shorter side but don't underestimate its level of difficulty. Besides the mature trees that frame many of the holes and 14 lakes that come into play, there are more than 100 strategically placed bunkers lurking throughout. The layout also features small, sloped greens that demand accuracy but you can take comfort in the fact that there are no doglegs. With strategic shot-placement and a bit of luck, there are some birdie opportunities available. The shorter length of the golf course will appeal to beginners but it's versatile for more advanced players to enjoy as well.

Fun course that's not too long and doesn't take too long to play.
This is definitely a Target golf course that requires well struck shots two two narrow fairways. There's a good amount of water on here, but you can definitely play away from it with conservative golf. Always like this course, and it's nice that it's so close into the city. Very good value for the money if you use an app like golf now to book your tee times. Can you get done another three and a half hours if you play with a quick foursome.

Good course
Pace of play was maintained despite it being a busy Saturday afternoon. Course has some water hazards that present more challenge than they may first appear to.

Great Value
Fun short course. Greens and fairways in good shape. Played 18 in just over 4 hours. Staff is friendly.

Pace of play was good
Pace of play was good 4 hour round on a crowded course. The greens were extremely hard and impossible to hold
