Not a bad 18 hole course.
Played this one with my son and we had a great time. Some nice views on a few of the holes. The back 9 are around the ski hill equipment and made for an interesting round.

Very poor conditions
Outside of 3 holes on the back nine. This course is i unbelievable poor conditions. Greens not puttable. Will never play there again e en if they paid me.

Basic
For the cost it was okay , but would never play there again. Tee boxes are bad , the back 9 looks like a back yard .
Pace of play was very slow .

Villa Olivia
Play was very slow as it took five hours to play. The group in front of us, basically was backing up the course. Ranger finally showed up around the 14th hole. Pace got a little better, but lost interest in the round by then.

Over all, it was okay
Over all it was okay. We had a good time except for some delay playing golfers in front of our group.

Villa Olivia
Course was is pretty good condition, however greens were extremely slow. Pace of play was extremely slow as it took 5+ hours to play. Group in front of us had no sense of urgency. Ranger finally showed up around the 14th hole, but didn't help much.

Has improved
Conditions much better since last played a few years ago. But had no reason for with 2 holes to go for ranger to push when we never had anyone waiting on us the whole round. Then we approached the 18 green we saw about 3 or 4 groups waiting for carts. This was a problem before so maybe getting more carts is needed.

Enjoyed the round. Played in 3 hours with no delays. Played from the red tees and enjoyed a 66. Drove the green on 11.
