Labor day tee time
Nice course. Hard to find the ball if you miss the fairway. Rough grass is a little high. The car path needs to be maintained or added in the last few holes. Otherwise nice course especially the hilly terrain. It's tough to walk for sure.

Big improvement!
I have played Villa Olivia off and on now for the pst 30 years. Mostly in my traveling golf league and fundraisers. I was very impressed with how the front 9 has improved. ie tee boxes and condition of greens. The round I played this past Monday we only got to play the front 9 as a storm moved in and I got a rain check. Today (09/01/22) my golf league played here. I found the back 9 today to not be as in good shape as the front. A couple of the tee boxes on the back needs some work. But the greens over all were in the best shape that I can remember. The back is more challenging than the front. Especially holes #12 and 13. Over all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Especially Dennis and the a gentleman that I assume is the course manager. I did not get his name. looking forward to returning.

Courses s n good shape
Course played well. Good pace of play. Greens and fairways are in very good shape.

Grounds
Overall a bellow average place to play golf. Biggest thing is the condition of the course. There’s small sand pits on some of the greens the fairway is like what a rough should be and the rough is so long you lose your ball.
Rainday
Enjoy this course. Played well for back nine as ranger suggested this for start to golf. Played the first 4 hole and then ended the round in rain. Definitely got wet but still a fun time.

The back nine has some interesting holes with elevation changes and water features. The rough was very long and thiick on some holes making it impossible to find your ball. Overall, the course played long and difficult due to wet conditions. The starter and beverage cart person were pleasant. The club house amenities are minimal (no food service). I doubt that I will play this course again given all the other better golf options in the area.

Drastic change from last year to this...traps in great shape. Course overall good shape outside of couple spots.

Solid experience
Course is very open and straight. Fairly priced. Maintenance could be slightly better, the rough is extremely rough. If you miss the fairway good luck finding your ball.
