Good not great
It’s been raining a lot so I understand some parts of course is muddy but 18, 11, 13,14 tee box is full of branches goose poop dog poop. Main concern is tee box not being level and course has random branches. Leaves, garbage making it hard to find ball in fairway.

Great value, I played it on Sunday nights for 2 for the price of one 30 years ago. Semi retired and excited about the value, the fairways and the greens. Brings back great memories, too bad my running buddies aren’t around for $5 skins. I could cover golf and a 12 pack

need to care for it
tee boxes were long fair ways were the same as the ruff not well taken care would not recommended to a friend

Goat Ranch
Tee boxes have little over grown grass couldn't tell fairway from rough. Staff is unfriendly. Rough was 6 inches of deep grass hit ball and good luck finding.

Course has bad Fairways
I have not golfed here in over 10 years. The first thing I noticed is how bad the course is maintained. The main fairway on each hole, except 1, had grass 2 inches high and on the sides of the fairways at least 4 inches. Area around the greens had terrible rough and had bare spots near fringe, when there was fringe. The tee boxes were in sad shape, unlevel and bare spots all around.

Disappointed
It's probably been about 10 years since I've golfed Villa Olivia and it was really disappointing. Tee boxes in poor shape, hard to tell the difference between fairway and rough, trees in need of trimming. Won't be back anytime soon.

Would recommend calling for tee time, price was much cheaper than online. Staff was awesome. Tee boxes were a bit beat up. Fun course

WOW
It’s been a while since I have played this course and man has it gone down hill. Not speaking of the hills on the course. The sand trap sand is hard and full of rocks. Tee box greens are non existent on some holes, and the greens are in major rough shape. For the price we paid on golf now not worth the money at all. Try to avoid if you can, but if you must get the round for the right price.
