Good Greens
The greens were good, but the tees and fairways were very long. Looks like they don't water the course so they let the tees and fairways grow long so they do't get burned out.

Badly maintained golf course
Dear Villa Olivia the golf course was in terrible shade the greens were drying out sand traps had no sand in them, Tee boxes were not mowed for some time, tee markers had not been moved. I played in a foursome today we all had the same comments and we are never playing Villa Olivia again. I worked golf maintenance for a very long time and what I saw today was unacceptable.

Course was ok but starter was a boob
Course was a little rough. Some bad spots on the greens and they were slow. Traps were concrete and none had been worked on probably all season. When we had problems with a cart the guy acted like it was our fault instead of taking the information so he could pass it along. Would play here more if things and personnel were better

Acceptable for a “Deal time” rate
Course layout was nice. The course itself needs a lot of maintenance. Bunkers were equivalent to hitting off concrete. Not much difference between some fairways and the rough. Most greens were in good shape with the exception of a few. Overall worth playing for $30 or under

Very overpriced
Let's be honest, this is a $35 golf course. $55 for Sunday afternoon 3pm round is terribly overpriced. Everything about the course is mediocre. The carts are from the 80's, there is no beverage cart, no food stand, no restaurant to eat after, etc. I won't be playing here again until they come back to what the prices were until this season. They have added absolutely nothing to the course or facilities and just tacked on $20. Pass.

God awful
Greens rock hard Couldn’t stick anything. Difficult to tell fairways from rough. Rough too long for recreational golf. Won’t play there again.
