Nice park district course very well maintained, seems like an old school private club with its funky layout. Firm, smooth fast greens rooled great, fairways were in need of a mow, but it had been raining in the morning. Booze was a little expensive. But I will be back.

This course is in good shape and a great value for the Chicago market. Staff is very courteous and friendly. There were a few slow groups in front of our group and the ranger moved us up a few holes and told us to come back at the end to finish the holes we skipped. When we came back, he was right there waiting for us and integrated us into the flow.

Had a great round! Staff and course were top-notch. Burgers, brats and beer at the grill were good and very refreshing. Fun times all around.

Course was in good condition. We are playing good pace and no one behind us but ranger seem to check us out offer.

This was a great course it was just a little dry the day i played it. Other than that it was a beautiful course and provided for a great game.

My son and I left after 9 holes. It would've been a 6 hour round . Two groups ahead of us were super slow. They were at least 1.5 holes behind. The sad part is that there were two Rangers riding around. I think they were more focused on the outing behind us.

Very nice layout and it can be a bit challenging for the average golfer. Greens were pretty good. Will definitely play it again. As we have had a ton of rain, I can give some of the course conditions a pass. There were several places that should have been marked ground under repair that were not marked. However, I've never liked the idea of having rakes in the carts. Just put the rakes near the bunkers. Gernerally I prefer to walk so I'm not sure if they ask walkers to carry rakes. Also, you shouldn't have the guy picking up flags trailing the last group on the course and waiting to rush the green as soon as you have finished putting. I picked up flags when I worked at a golf course and it doesn't take that long. The bunkers need more sand but some of that is due to all the rain. Overall a very good experience.

Course is a good value, especially Senior rates. Play early for quickest round. Tends to get slower around noon.

For what my friends and I paid to play in this course you can really get your money's worth. The clubhouse was in tip top shape with a great pro shop and the staff there was very friendly.

There isn't really a restaurant but you can buy hotdogs and brats. For as nice as the clubhouse looked, you'd expect a little better food. In addition, nobody was behind the counter when we first got there so we sat almost 5 mins before someone came so we can order food and drinks.

The course was very nicely laid out except there were several holes where it was difficult to differentiate where the fairway ended and the rough started. A lot of the fairways had very long grass. Greens were nicely maintained and all around clean course.

Staff was great. From the sweet old lady in the pro shop to the range master who checked us in, everyone was very nice even though one of our friends were late.

I would definitely play here again but perhaps not for the $50 price we paid for our round.

This course was in pretty good shape for late March.

There was a lot of work being done and a lot left to do. Sand traps may not have seen a rake since fall, no ball wash or tee markers yet but they were cutting and

rolling green and fairways. I'll definitely play again later this spring.

I'd play here again! The course was easy for me and less water hazards.

Ok and easy course but they don't take care of the rough so you can easily lose a ball under piles of leaves. Staff is always rude.

Tee Time: 10:26 on a Saturday ($31)

First time playing 18 holes at Bloomingdale because normally I feel their rates are a little overpriced. When I saw this deal on GolfNow, me and three of my buddies were quick to snatch it up. Weather was 66 degrees with no wind, just perfect. The greens and fairways had a few rough spots, but nothing that really affected my game. Only real hold-up was on Hole #4 for about 15 minutes, but other than that the pace flowed smoothly. The rolling hills are a big part of why this course's layout is so enjoyable. The back 9 is easily my favorite as their is some water in play and a few blind shots. Being just a 20+ minute drive from my house, I hope to see some deals for this course in the future.

The course was in excellent condition considering its end of year it gets a lot of play. They were planning to aerate the greens the next day, but the greens were in very good shape, ran true and quick.

Course was in excellent condition. Trouble finding some balls off the fairway due to reflective leaves in the rough. Greens very true and pretty darn quick. Played with 40 mile an hour winds in our faces at times, and steady 15-20 mile an hour breezes, so it was a challenging day. But, the course was very playable. Great value.
