Good track
We had a very good day golfing. Pace good, service good and course was in good shape
Nice old style course
Nice tree lined fairways, but the greens were hard and fast and wouldn't hold a wedge shot. Also the rough was a little long which made it difficult to find your ball. But a nice track and a great deal.
Average course
It plays more like a park district course, very short which makes it easy to get bunched up. A little tricked up with the sloping greens.
Great Value!
One of the cheaper courses in my area, round ranging from $25-40. You can't beat the value of this course. Greens are always in tip top shape! Course is not too difficult and the staff is always friendly and accommodating.
Great October day
Little disappointed Golfnow didnt post the course was freshly aerated. Aside from that it was an interesting first time playing the course. Short but fun!

Great Value Well Run
Wanted to try a new course in the Northwest Chicago area. The Staff was courteous and professional. The course we well maintained and other than some players not fixing their Divots on the greens was in great shape especially after a week of rain. 4 hours 20 minute round, no one pushing us . A slow group a couple in from=nt of us did slow play a bit, but still reasonable for a Sunday 10 AM tee off on a public course. ranges were watching the slower group so it did not become an issue
Perfection for solo play on 9 Holes in the early morning
I was meeting a friend in the burbs for brunch, so I booked a tee time at the crack of dawn here and it was exactly what I love about going out early. I was one of the first golfers here and was playing 9 holes on my own so they sent me out to the back 9 to play by myself.
It was wonderful. So quiet, played 9 holes in like an hour, the only people I saw were the groundskeepers. Felt like I owned the place. Nice long holes, challenging greens. Well maintained, not expensive, pleasant staff.
No idea what it is like during the day, but had a nice experience here.
needs some serious maintenance
Worst greens I have played on all year, tees were a mess the course is a mess. got a hot deal at 18.00 and that is the only thing I can say about this place.
Nice course, nice people
Course conditions were mostly good, but found a few spots with concrete-like ground. Greens were challenging, they were more deceptive than they looked. Course layout was fair, there are good opportunities to score well. Staff and players are friendly, Rangers and beverage cart girl were frequently seen.

Good plaxe to spend a few hours
Staff was very helpful in allowing several groups start on back 9 since a entire HS golf team was starting on the front. It might be a small thing but it made for a much more enjoyable round for all.

Good Course
Played in the late afternoon after work...course was crowded in front of us, but after a few holes one of the 3 rangers moved us to an open hole where the pace was good. Course was in good shape-green fairways, thick rough, smooth greens. The rough wasn't long, but thick and grabbed your club. Overall a nice and fun course.

Risk/reward on shot selection makes you think! Lots of trees if you miss the fairway. Friendly staff.
