I got a Hot Deal on GolfNow with an additional $10 coupon. Early afternoon tee time. Went off as a single and literally flew through 18 in 2:35 Only had to play through one nice single. Course was in decent condition. Nice fairways and smooth greens. Traps were all nicely raked. Weather 60 degrees. just got lucky as the course was almost empty at 2 pm. Club staff were delightful....

Winter
The course is a lot better in the summer
Playing golf in March North of Chicago is always a plus. No snow a little wet they let carts out but cart path only. I would play again but the weather is getting colder Glad they are open

Nice track!!!
First time playing it (winter golf) and I enjoyed it. Can’t wait to play it again this summer. Decent course. Couple of nice par 5’s. Love the course layout although there’s a couple of funky but fun holes. Greens are good. Can be tough depending on the pin placements.
Cons:
*They need to upgrade their golfcarts
*Green fee is a bit expensive

This course sucks
Read a lot of good reviews about this place before coming, and came out not understanding what all those people saw that I didn’t. Terrible course layout, decent pace of play, but to cap the whole day off the carts were terrible and ended up dying on us in the middle of our round. And the staff could not have been more rude about it. Staff is worst part about this place. Would never recommend coming here there are way better courses for a better place all over the state of Illinois. Never coming back here and you should save your money and never come here if you haven’t yet.
Nice course with great layout
I alway s life the layout at arboretum. A great deal of water comes into play so you have to know how far you hit the ball. Greens were good for late fall.
It’s a great course if you can get it for a good price
It was 30 dollars with cart on golf now but they wanted 50 dollars without discount.

Great golf course
It was chilly weather was not so busy. I played 3
hours for 18 holes. I enjoyed this course.

Fall Friendly
Snuck out on a whim on a cool fall day. Course in good shape though some greens aerated. Course definitely favors accuracy (my inaccuracies, water and fall leaves combined for 6 lost balls)!

Front nine is interesting
I only played the front this day so I know nothing about the back. I played the front twice though because the pace was going to be better for my back nine.
Interesting layout. I like the design of most of the holes. You have to negotiate a good amount of water, bunkers, OOB and narrowing fairways. Houses line all but one hike (I believe)
The houses are my biggest personal issue. It's just too tight to the houses for me to play confidently. Because my bad miss is a big pull left, I'm just not good enough to play courses with that restriction. If there was more space for errant shots I would play again.
Another different feature is that the fairway is not always continuous. You can hit to what you think is a good spot and find your ball in the equivalent of rough. Very odd.
Staff was friendly. Carts were fine. Price was good.
