River Heights Golf Course

Great condition. Big improvements vs prior years. Used to have significant flooding issues, but I played after 3 ,days of rain and there was no flooding.

Beautiful course, with plenty of challenges for anyone, no matter the state of your game! One of my go to courses when looking to play a round!

Nice greens, acceptable fairways. 5-7 sand traps under reconstruction and some sort underground upgrades on a couple of fairways. For $30 an enjoyable round.

The pace of play was very slow. One group on the course held up the entire round. There was a Ranger on the course but he did not do anything to speed up play. There is no reason this course should have taken 5+ hours for around

Course is in need of upkeep. Greens were good but the rest of the course is bad. Weeds in traps and not near enough sand. fairway grass was very poor.

Love this course. I have been playing here for a few years. Summer mornings are beautiful with the sun rising and the river winding throughout the course.

First time playing this course and it was a very enjoyable day. Course was in good condition and the greens were in good shape. Pace of play was excellent with no backups.

The course is better better and better shape. Staff is friendly and helpful. Best course around for the value. If I lived in Dekalb I would be a member, keep up the good work!

They have been putting in alot of work on revamping the irrigation system, and it has helped with drainage tremendously! There was a few times I played in years prior after a good rain, the back 9 showed it with standing water in a few of the fairways. Seems to be a problem of the past! The greens this year have been absolutely immaculate! Great course! Friendly staff! Plenty of challenges, but can be a fairly friendly course at the same time! Keep up the great work all around!

This course was a disaster a few years ago. They have put in new cart paths and anew watering system. Greens are in great shape and despite the dry conditions course is in pretty decent condition. I highly recommend you play this course and reward them for all their efforts to improve the course.
