Oak Grove Golf Course

Beautiful day at a nice course with a great layout. I understand why you wouldn’t have a ranger on a weekday, but i expect nice courses to have a ranger keeping a decent pace of play on the weekend. At least three groups behind us gave up on the back nine and drove past us to the clubhouse. A brutal stacking up.. we spent a half hour on the 11th hole from the time we pulled ip to the teebox to putting out.. I don’t care if it’s Augusta. Not worth the waiting. And we never got the beer cart.. saw one in the distance but it never got over to us, on a day wjere we sat around forever.

Beautiful course, great shape, very challenging. Bring your A game.

Course was not very busy when we had a 10:35 tee time. Was surprised that their was no starter with it being a weekend. A few of the tee boxes needed work besides that course was in very good shape. One issue was sprinkler were going on while playing . Course has it 's challenging holes! Might play it again if price was right.

Best bang for buck course in the area. Several sets of tees makes it playable for anyone. Each hole is entirely different and it is on a beautiful property with a bunch of wildlife.

The course was in beautiful shape even after the recent drought and hot weather. It has a few challenging holes but not too hard for us amatures. Not very crowded. Saw some deer and cranes. Brats were great on the turn. The outside of the club house and deck needs a ton of updating.

Second time playing Oak Grove. The course was in good shape despite the dry weather we've had. Greens were very soft and held well. Medium speed on the greens. The only complaint would be the sand traps were not maintained - many had very little sand and some had standing water. Otherwise, I enjoy this course very much. Fairways are tight with many tress as the course name would indicate. Tee lengths vary from 5,700+ to 7,000+ so it offers many options. A great bargain at the Hot Deal we had and the course is out of way for most so doesn't get overcrowded from what I've seen which is nice. Overall, a great experience.

Tee boxes soft for easy tee placement, greens in very good shape - true and consistent speed. Staff very friendly and food prices are very fair. Worth the one hour drive. Will be back.

No rangers to keep pace. Beginners galore, experienced player death March pace

I've played here several times over the last year. Course is in great shape. It has a challenging layout. And a good value during the week. The food offerings are slim prob due to Covid but not a huge deal

I'll be coming back again..

Course in good shape. Greens need some attention. They rolled ok. Golfers need to help by fixing ball marks. Greens need some TLC.
