4 different tee boxes so you can play as long or short as you want. 7000-5700. You can play all your clubs.

Greens slower but not flat.

Holes are spread out so all you hear are the birds. Very private.

Always enjoy playing Oak Grove! Course in good condition this early in the year. Can’t wait to play it again soon!

We enjoyed our round. If you haven’t played here the course is really a 4.5+ star layout other than 3 holes (5,6 & 11). They’re just really awkward the first time you play them. The whole clubhouse was closed and you had to check in outside. Found that a little strange since the governor lifted the indoor dining shutdown. I will say the person that checked us in was great and was able to get us a few beverages for the course. Course really needs a starter at the 1st tee. Our time was 11:45. 11:53 jumped the tee in front of us at 11:40 and 11:38 drove up behind us at 11:50. Overall a fun track and worth the price we paid.

My ratings are based on December golf

Best area of the course were the greens

They rolled pretty well for this time of the year

Bunkers - let’s just say it’s December and assuming they have not been worked on in a few weeks

Fairways are pretty thin and several areas where there is no grass

They will need to work on the fairways come spring

About a 40 minute frost delay but we played in under 4 hours

For December I would rate overall above average

If this was the summer my rating would be below average and I would think twice about playing again

The course was very well maintained, but the pace was nearly an hour long. I’ll likely be back on a less congested week day.

Very good course for the money. Plenty challenging and fun to play.

Love this layout. Challenges every skill level. First the fairways in ok shape. Rough was terrible, alot of areas were rock hard. The greens were receptive but the amount of ball marks on these greens was horrible. Very sad because again this track is a great layout.

Oak Grove is definitely a bucket list must for all. Layout design 9.5 out of 10. The only wrinkle is hole 11. For the average golfer, too tricked up. Course was in excellent condition considering the recent rains. Make time, its worth the trip and enjoy the nature and local wildlife.

One person working the club house, doing double duty checking in players as well as working the bar. Didn't seem too happy about it.

Windy, so there were a lot of downed leaves making it tough to find the ball even in the fairway, however that's golf in the midwest in the fall. My clubs didn't work right which made it a tougher day than usual! LOL A few holes had old ball marks around the cup that appear to look like they were there prior to the hole being cut. Should have been repaired when new hole is cut..
