South at Hickory Hills Country Club

This course offers a great transition from the flat course in the area.It is visually variable and allows for fun golf.

I paid for a start time 7:50 am and when we got to the course we found out it would be a Shut Gun Start at 8 am. this was not informed to me at the time I book my tee time I can assure you that I will not go back if this t=is the way they sale tee times at this course. It turns out it Golf Now that is not informing us when we book.

So I hope Golf Now changes this and informs us of the details pertaining to our booking up front.

Challenging enough for the average golfer. Very hilly, cart paths remind you of a roller-coaster lol. We got stuck behind a very slow twosome but, everybody has the right to play.

very slow pace on the course, way too many 2 somes and single players, course is in good condition though

$77 for a weekend round…not worth it. Made me wonder what I was paying for. Old carts, average fairways, no bunkers, sub par cart paths. Mind you people were crammed on take course like Pringles. Not worth it at all.

This course was surprising. The club house, grounds and cart paths are dated and in need of serious repair and upgrade but the course is very nice. The staff were nice and helpful also. There were some very unsavory players we ran into that were jumping around the course but hopefully an anamoly.

Please don’t charge $75 / round and now have a full-time starter. We played late morning last Sunday and there was no starter out there for the 45 mins we warmed up and then teed off. I didn’t think much of it until we had to wait for 10 mins to tee off on the second hole and that then carried forward through the entire round. Definitely due to groups aggressively going off first tee before their tee time and everything backing up.

Love the course, love the staff, but please don’t charge us $75/round for this kind of experience.

Pros: Good layout. Elevated tees are nice. Fun short par 4s.

Cons: Tee boxes need work. Drainage isn't good. Course can get sloppy. Pace of play can easily get to 5 hours.

Golf course said they notified GN, so they don't know why they let me book.

How do I get my refund, golf now?

I tried calling and got caught up in a circle of automated nonsense.

Booked a round

Course called and said they are closed from weather. We don't know why golf now let you book because we called them.

Tried to cancel but less than an hour from tee time so couldn't.

Called golfnow and can't get a real person on phone and you kept sending me in circles of no help.

Cmon man.

Where is my refund?????
