South at Hickory Hills Country Club

Place is great! They’re doing a ton of improvements to the course! Kim inside is great and super friendly as well!

First time playing here this year, greatly improved conditions all around. Other then the ding dongs blasting their choice of music on a golf course it could not have been better.

The Rent Clubs were the oldest clubs I ever saw, they were so dirty, no brush to clean them, no attention. The Starter was so rude.

First and last. Greens are way too hard... most or all of them on hard inclines. Course condition was not optimal. Staff could be more friendly

Hickory Hills has made huge strides in improvement over the last year.

Excellent layout, unbelievably fast sloping greens. Very challenging for golfers of all skill levels.

The course is a lot better than it was and they are working on making it better

What a surprise. Course is in amazing shape. Green are nice and fairways are mowed correctly. The cart path and bunkers aren’t the best but for the $$ it’s a great value!! I never play there because it used to be terrible. Now it’s really nice and a fun course!

If you think Illinois is flat, this will change your view (partly). Very hilly and tight. I thought that the layout was too challenging for the casual golfers that are the main customer. Some greens slope so severely that balls on the wrong part of the green are really not puttable. Balls just roll off the green. Fun to see pros do this, but I'm not good enough to play greens like this. When I play a low to moderate priced course, I don't expect or want this kind of situation.
