Nice to get out again.
My second time here. My wife hasn't played in 2 years and said it felt good to swing again. Played with the neighbor and his young son and kept great pace.
Always a Challenge
RB is always a Challenge. It has just about everything that can get you into trouble if you can't control your ball ! It's a Great Course. It's Sporty. It's Fun and it's not easy. But then, what course is ? HAHAHA !!!
This is a very nice 9 hole course
I think this is a very nice course, if you play from the back has some very challenging holes. In good condition and the green speed was good. I think this is the best 9 hole course in the western suburban area.

Excellent 9 hole course
Not the longest, but picturesque. Easily walk or take a cart. This gem feels like a secret. If you’re looking for an opportunity to hit the ball without spending all day, I recommend you try this course. My only minor complaint, is the sand texture - not fluffy. I know - don’t hit it there.
If you don’t know the layout, trouble can get you.
Riverbend excellent 9 hole course
I walked 9 holes today and found the course in good shape, play was on pace and I had an excellent meal and beer after play on the Deck. Todd the general mgr. came out to greet us and I passed along my positive comments. Definitely will play at Riverbend weekly and have lunch or dinner after.

Too crowded.
The course was nice, and fairly well kept. The whole round we were waiting for the groups ahead of us, and the group behind us kept hitting into us. Don't know if I'll go back...

Great value. Tight fairways
Great value. Not a lot of room for bad slice (like I had today. Peace of play was great. 2 hours nine holes. Staff was great

Good value
We were impressed by the design, the friendliness of the staff, and the reasonable price. It was literally amazing to see the wetlands hazards where controlled burns had exposed the thousands of lost balls. You do not need to hit long here; you really need to hit straight and to hit targets.
The greens weren't in the best shape. I hope by later in the season they are rolling true.
All in all, an impressive nine-hole challenge at an affordable price.
