Broken Arrow Golf Club - South/East
About
Broken Arrow Golf Club, located just southwest of Chicago's Loop, offers 27 holes of championship golf. There are three nines: East, North, and South that are played in three different 18-hole combinations. The South/East Course begins with a links-style nine. The front of the course is accented by the landmarks of its former use as a farm. The original farmhouse and silo can be seen from the first teebox. Throughout the front nine, golfers will be faced with 22 bunkers, seven ponds, and multi-tiered greens. The golf course doesn't get any easier on East nine, which is arguably the most difficult of the three. The back nine features a slew of sloped fairways, hidden water hazards, and strategically placed bunkers. Course management is essential throughout the entire golf course.

Nice Challenging Course
Broken Arrow is a nice challenging course that contains a ton of water hazards. The course was in very good shape. A couple of greens could have used some work but overall it was very nice.
Green repaired
Last time playing here greens were terrible.5 greens weren’t greens they were all muddied but I heard they repaired them and they did. Course really in good shape happy to see cause really it’s a nice layout for all 3 nines
Nice challenging course
Broken Arrow is a fairly well-kept course. The fairways and tee boxes were in good shape as well as most of the greens. The bunkers were missing rakes and were wet. We played the South and East course, One of the courses had water on six of the nine holes, so it's important to keep your ball on the fairway. If not, you will be losing several balls during the day. The clubhouse hasn't fully opened yet.
Good course for a nice day
The course was in OK shape the greens were kind of slow. The sand traps were not sand, but dirt in the cart paths had a lot of potholes and were very bumpy. Besides that the course is very nice challenging, and a beautiful layout and could be a 10 star course, if it was taken care of.
Excellent Links course
Was not impressed with the club house or practice facility, but the course itself was just great. Excellent fairways, for the most part level tee boxes, huge greens that were very very nice.
Drawbacks were it was in a condo, apt, housing development and no GPS.
Played the Blue tees of South and East 6,600 yards was a lot to deal with in the wet and windy conditions.
