Broken Arrow Golf Club - East/North
About
There are 27 holes of golf available at Broken Arrow Golf Club, which are broken down into the East, North, and South nines. They are played in three different 18-hole combinations. The East/North Course begins with the most challenging nine of the three. Sloped fairways, hidden water, and strategically placed bunkers make good course management essential. The back nine is considered the most scenic but it boasts another distinction. It is the only course with a dual-green concept in the Midwest, meaning that golfers have the choice of playing to either of the two flags on each hole. It was designed to give players control over the difficulty of the golf course. There are also 30 bunkers and mature trees that come into play on the back nine.

Broken Arrow G.C. Review
The course rating is listed as fair only because the course had a heavy rain the day and evening before which left some bunkers full of water and some casual water on the fairways. However , the greens were in excellent shape and the round was very enjoyable.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had not played the course for a couple of years however, plan on playing it more often going forward.
Solid
Broken Arrow has become my goto weekday whim course. Pace of play is usually good with rangers helping things along. Course is the right amount of challenge and is usually better than average upkeep. Rate is fair as well/
Still not a fan of the two flag system but thats nitpicking.
We are so glad we have become your weekend course! We love having you play with us. Can't wait to see you back
90 degrees, No Beverage Cart, 5 hours for 16 holes
The north course has 2 flags on each green which was odd. There is no GPS on the carts and all there is is an overview of the course on the back of the scorecard. It took us 5 hours to play 16 holes before we had to leave and we were only a twosome. It was 90 degrees out and there was no beverage cart at all it was really ridiculous and on the north course there was only water on #7. It is not worth the time or the hot deal. Skip this place.
We are very sorry for the bad experience you had with us. We always try to have the golfer have the best when they play with us. We would like to make this up to you, please email me directly for a promo code maryteetimes@yahoo.com
Course was in good shape given the rainy conditions
It rained half the round but the course really held up under the rainy conditions during the round. I would have liked to have played it under better weather conditions, but it was a good test for my game to fight through the rainy conditions and score well in the round. Greens and farways were still kind of firm with all the rain the course took on during the week.
Thank you for playing with us in less than great conditions! We are glad you had a good round and the rain helped challenged your game. We hope to see you back when it is sunny!
Under new management
Overall this course is of great value. It is my understanding that it has changed hands and the new owners opted not to keep the cart GPS system which is a major drawback. Most of the yardage markers are unreadable. Paint by the numbers is needed. The overall condition is good with some brown spots on some of the greens. The sand traps are not good. Mostly mud or hard dirt. Upgrades are needed here.
No beverage cart was seen on this beautiful day and the check in person had to double as the grill person at the halfway booth.
We are so glad you think our course is a great value. Thank you for the feedback we will take this into consideration. We hope to see you back soon!
Challenging Course with Unique Features
Played here on a Sat morning in a foursome and the pace was great (4 hour round). The course conditions are excellent from tee box to green. Greens were fast with lots of slope, and tiny greens making approach shots difficult. The North 9 is unique because each green has 2 pin locations. The Grilled Polish on the turn was top notch.
Thank you for the great review! We are so glad your overall experience with us was great. We are glad you liked the Grilled Polish. Come back soon!
Good deal for the money
For $35 on golf now this was a true bargain. Tee boxes were a little beat up and some places in fairway were shabby, but the greens were perfect. Overall, for under $50 with a cart.. It's totally worth it. Would and will play here again without hesitation.
Thank you for the review! We are so glad you found value in our course. We can not wait to have you back.
Very nice course, But
My T Time was an hour after a senior league and was not aware of, so my twosome caught them after 3rd hole, and waited and waited, after the 9th hole we replayed 5 holes, came back to back 9 and caught them again afeter 4 holes.
We are very sorry about the pace of play at the course. We would like to make this up to you and offer a promo code. Please email me directly, for a promo code, maryteetimes@yahoo.com
Mixed feelings
This is a nice and well kept course that had very little traffic out there. Nice enough setup there, small driving range. 27 holes is always nice to help avoid anybody getting too backed up. It is certainly not going to be an "instant favorite"...
We are glad you think our course is nice and well kept! We hope to see you back soon!
Great course
The course was very wet. Standing water. Cart path only.
Thank you for the review! The rain can be challenging, but we are thankful for still played a round with us. We hope to see you back when it is sunny!
Great course
I always love playing at broken arrow. It is very well-maintained and the staff is always extremely friendly.
We are so glad you love playing our course! We hope to see you back soon!
Fun track
The course is fun. Not terribly difficult. Played on a Tuesday afternoon and the course to ourselves.
Conditions were good.
We are so glad you had fun with us and you thought the conditions were good. We hope to see you back soon!
good course
Some confusion. There are two flags and two holes.
Thank you for reviewing us! We are sorry for any confusion on the course. We are a 27 hole course which may have something to do with it. Hope to see you back this weekend!
Great Course
Great course and challenging up and down. We felt that the staff was not very friendly and were quite snobby.
We are so glad you had a great time and liked our course! We are sorry you felt our staff was snobby, we never want you to feel that way. We would love to offer you a promo code, please email me directly maryteetimes@yahoo.com
Pro Shop
Staff need to clean entrance to pro shop. Floor was really a mess.
We hope to had a great round with us! We will take your comment into consideration and see how we can improve the pro shop. Hope to see you back soon!
The course is target golf at its best.
The course was in good shape with the exception of the bunkers and tee boxes on the par 3's. Many bunkers had mud in them and none had been raked. Par 3 tee boxes were completely covered with divots.
Thank you for playing with us so early in the season! We are sorry for the conditions at the time, we are working hard on getting the course back from the winter weather. Hope to see you back soon!
Course rating
The course is in fairly good condition, but it's due to our weather. If Broken Arrow maintains the course as well as they did last year. It will be fun playing multiple times this course again.
Thank you for playing a round with us! We are planning on maintaining the course as well if not better than last year! We hope to see you back very soon.
Value
Very good value, course in good condition. I play this course several times a month
Thank you for being a loyal golfer! We cant wait to see you back soon
Enjoy able round
It wasn't a busy day, pace of play was ideal. Course was in pretty good shape for how early in the season It was. Greens where putting true.
Thank you for noticing our hard efforts to get the course in good condition from the winter. We hope to see you back soon!
Not Worth the Hype in Midwest Gol Magazine
I drove 2 hours from Wisconsin to play this course because of Midwest golf magazine hype. It is in a very good location Built around nice expensive homes. I played the South and East courses. They have 27 holes here. The east course is somewhat moderately easy. I played from the whites, as my age has slowed my game speed swing down now, but there is only about 25 yards max distance between the white, Blue, and Gold tees here. Not much of a longer courses from varying tees. I holes out on the east with a 38, and a 42 on the south, being a 5 to 9 handicap that's not to good, but Saturday brought out heavy gusty wind conditions, and on the south course, it's a links course friends. This 9 holes you play the outter holes and work you way in side the 9 holes on nthe south sourse, I found the south extremely boring. Not a lot of elevation changes on either of these 2 nine hole courses. Moderately flat. There is water here, but if you can hit somewhat straight, you will play fine here. Course was in decent shape for this early in the spring. I did replace tons of fairway divots when I played, People have some course edicate here. YOU wonder why courses charge so much to play, that's why, to fix fairways and greens cost money. Friendly staff, very nice starter guy. I expected so much more from the add in magazine and felt let down here. YOU like local play and links style courses than this is one for you Not hardly a tree out there. There are some but very spaced out, very! Was hoping for fairway bunkers, and found none here, or just a couple. nothing on this course but some water will get you into trouble playing here. I give it 2 stars. It's a plain Jane course. Good Beginner course, but for 10 and under handicap, it will bore you.......
