Excellent shape
You cannot beat the value of this course. It is always in great shape with great service. Additionally, the course calls for unique shots from various distsnces making it challenging without a ton of distance.
Awesome
Everything was perfect with two exceptions.
1.Blue Pesticide spray died my new golf shoes, 1 ball, and my finger tips.
2. A ton pitch marks caused and not repaired by other players following so many wires of rain hurt the otherwise perfect greens.
Conditions were top shelf outside of those two factors.
Centennial golf review
Course in good condition, good layout, would help to know the course with multiple blind shots. Starter was really kind as well
Really have to work on pace of play
I understand the average golfer is not amazing and that it will be slow at some parts but it has consistently taken my 5-5.5 hours to get done. The pace of play is always horrendous. I love the course but I play others because I can get done with an average round like 3.5-4 hours, which I feel is best.
Awesome Course
The area has received a lot of rain lately. Some spots of the course were soggy but nothing you can do about that. Even with all the rain the greens were playing so fast. Made for challenging and fun greens to play on. Love the scenic layout of the course. Makes you forget about the outside world. The price is fantastic for the quality of the course. Hope they keep it that way.
Lots of rain prior to our round
Course conditions weren't the best with the amount of rain lately. Never been good drainage at this course. With the softness of the greens, there were lots of divots. Not the courses fault but the players for not taking care of them. Always a fun track to play a round at
Keep it in the fairway
Lots of opportunities to lose balls in the woods near the fairways.
Excellent Time
The course is in great shape, but the foursome in front of was very slow. Still an excellent time was had by all.
Good conditions
Fairways and greens were in excellent shape however tee boxes were all in terrible shape.
Nice Course just outside of Oak Ridge, TN.
Nice Course just outside of Oak Ridge, TN. Good challenging course. The cart girl made it around to use quite a few times and we needed it as it was hot outside. We stayed for a round afterwords and grabbed some food.
Elevation changes
Course was in excellent shape outside of the tee boxes (which would be generous to say they were rough shape). Lots of small/mid elevation changes and a fun route.
Course
Course plays great. They unnecessarily group you with people when there is no need to do so. Greens are rough.
