Nice 9 hole course
Fun to play. My only issue is that some of the cart paths did not indicate the direction to the next hole.
Nice for nine
Some of the course under repair. Good for the average golfer. A true nine hole course.
Nice views of the area.
Not good
To many hills, to windy. Bad course conditions. Will not come back
Overall - Great but a Couple Issues
For the price, great track to play. However, trucks throwing dust in the air as you walk to one of the tee boxes was seriously unnecessary and disruptive. With all that dirt, tee boxes could be level. Several made driving like you were on an uphill or downhill lie. Fix it.
Gets better later in the season
Being that this is a traditional Scottish like course without tress, the brush is an important optical They let it grow making this course much more difficult late summer. This is a fun unique place to play. But, could use another 9 holes. Just sayin'.
1st Willowhill round of 2025!
New hole layout and flow is perfect. Greens and bunkers were in great shape. Can’t wait for completion of the driving range.
Early in the season
Because of he nature of this course, it gets better late in the season. Scottish style course needs the brushes to grow in. Still, fun to play. Greens could use a rolling.
Very early in season, not all facilities available
On 4/13 very windy on most holes 20 mph+.. All grass just starting to grow which in the rough on a links course was actually OK. Putting difficult as still putting on aeration holes & not at all true to form. We agreed to only 2 puts on scoring. Also driving range being renovated, not available. Restaurant unavailable.
Honestly too early in the season to play it.
Excellent shape
Everything was great. My only concern was the tee box on the ninth hole. The steps going up to the back tee marker concerns me. Somebody could twist an ankle or fall. The steps should be repaired. They are old and in bad shape. I was afraid to walk down them so walked down the hill. Even that can be difficult if the grass is wet.
