Slow pace but course and staff are excellent
We played a 5 hour round. Waiting most of the holes
However, course was in great shape and Kate from the pro shop helped us with an issue better than I expected.

Where is the sand ?
Course could be very nice if there was sand in the bunkers. There is only clay and dirt makes it pretty impossible to play out of.

Silver Lakes golf course
I’ve been playing Silver Lakes golf facility for the last 20 years and the course and staff have always been excellent treated me and my friends with nothing but respect love the course love the staff I highly recommend
Good not great course but well priced
Not a bad course: it’s well kept including the greens and has good distance. The holes are a little on top of each other with a somewhat goofy layout in some cases. Got a great price for a Friday morning though. I’ll be back.
Silver Lake South course
Waiting on every hole for 15 minutes. Round took 5.5 hrs. with a golf cart. Ridiculous should have been done in 2.5-3hrs max for 18 holes. No rangers around to speed up play. Course was in great shape. Players using tee boxes beyond their skill level or driving distance. When it takes them 3 or 4 full shots to hit a par 4 on a nice weather day. Once on the greens you think they were playing to win the US Open.
