Greens poor condition
North course is in good shape except for the greens very slow and beat up they need some TLC and to be rolled noone likes to play on very slow beat up greens. Also had to wait 10 passed our tee time for a cart that shouldn't ever happen rent some more carts to have available especially on very busy weekends.

Very slow - course itself is nice
Course does not space tee times appropriately to allow for correct pace of play, especially considering the 6 par 3s on the course that jam up. Course has a few interesting holes, but overall pretty standard.

Love playing Silver Lakes. Played North course. It was in great condition. Always a good time here. Would recommend especially for the money paid.
One of the nicest in the area
A challenging track with 4 tee boxes A couple of forced carries Excellent greens This Club constantly wins Audubon Awards for it’s conservation Friendly staff and a nice restaurant and bar areas
SLOW
Everything was great minus the 5some somehow let out in front of us. They wouldnt let us play through the ranger said nothing to how slow they were so the round was 5 hours long. Everything else was good
1st Timer
8:40 am tee time. 3 threesome + 1. Can be a little confusing on entry. To get to clubhouse, you must drive through the parking lot. Parking area is wide. Wear a mask to check in. Driving range available. Clubhouse has all the things you need for golf if you forget. Nice small building on the 12th to get food and drinks. Not the 9th hole. Course was nice and plush in my opinion. Teeboxes in fair condition, fairways and rough managed well. If you hit it into the rough, you should still be able to find your ball. Greens challenging, not all just flat surfaces. Pace was not fast, but had to give it a solid pace to catch the line. Interesting hole arrangement. e.g. Par 3, 224 yards (whites), over water. A lot of dog legs. It feels like an open course, but their are narrow fairways. I really enjoyed the course! I only played the "South" course so looking forward to playing the others.
Solid for the money
Good course. Challenging for the distance. They did a great job with the layout. Place was a little slow but overall very enjoyable round.
Super super slow
Super slow. It took 3 hours to complete 9 hole and found 4 teams waiting on 10th hole. We quitted and went home. Course management was horrible. No ranger. Will not go back agajn.

Terrible Service and slow pace
The front nine took over 2.5 hours in blistering heat. We initially decided to walk the course but at the turn wanted to take a car. The staff member in charge refused and insisted we go inside to pay for it first because she had no way of verifying we would pay after the round. The office and where you get a car are sufficiently far apart that we would have had to lose our turn. We decided to leave right then and we are never going back.
