About
Mystic Oak Golf Course in Waterloo has a diverse layout that seems to play a little differently each time you're on it. The layout features long, winding fairways and gently sloping greens, which are framed by a slew of strategically placed bunkers. There are also many water hazards that come into play throughout the golf course. The gently rolling terrain has subtle ups and downs that provide tricky uneven lies. The back nine is uniquely divided into three par 3s, par 4s, and par 5s each. The golf course will test your short-game skills but the lengthy par 5s offer driving opportunities for long hitters as well. Mystic Oak Golf Course is player friendly enough for a wide range of skill levels but you may be surprised to find yourself using all the clubs in your bag.

Pace of Play
The pace of play was so much better this time around compared to last time I played here. Not sure if it's cause I played here on a Friday instead of the weekend like last time. The greens have improved as well. The fairway and tee boxes could improve but for the price I can't complain.
Best Value I’m the area
Hadn’t played Mystic Oak since last year and conditions were really great- for the $32 price tag especially - tee boxes, fairways and greens all in great shape - as with other courses just wish golfers would fix their ball marks - other than those holes in the green- they were best I’ve played all year !!

This course has seen tremendous improvements over the years since the name change from “The Ridge”….Although there’s more work to be done, it’s a awesome track and the staff is genuine and helpful! Thanks to the new superintendent of grounds for the magnificent work overall

Third time to visit the season. Conditions just keep getting better each time. Cold water available all around the course now, along with ball-cleaners and Johnny on the spots. Got an amazing hot deal for our group! At times we felt we had the whole course to ourselves. Everything was excellent.
Fun with low traffic.
Second time to play here. Excellent place for intermediate and beginners. Low traffic was great with my friends for pace of play. Green seemed a little slow but in good condition! Excellent place for value! Good course. I’ll be back many times.

course was in decent shape, greens were really nice. Unfortunately it got really slow by the 9th hole. So me and this other single decided to play the front 9 again, and it made a big difference.
Great fun!
Perfect for low key outing with friends. Love to go early in the week when not too busy so we can take our time and enjoy. Great course. Great value.
