OK for what it is
Short 18 hole course that plays a little longer because of the layout. Extremely walkable. Course was in good shape considering time of year. HIgh Tension wires come into play on a few holes. Pace is slow, and you really need to be aware of your surroundings as many tee boxes are very close to the greens' of other holes. Overall nice course to get get the irons out, you can use driver on some holes but it' very tight. Price is right and staff is friendly. There is a Top Golf type place right next door called Golf 390.
This is a beginner course.
I went here because it had 4 stars but this is not a 4 star course. This is a short beginner type course. It’s probably fine for what it is but I won’t be going back
Golfing in February
I really cannot rate the golf course at this point because we are just lucky enough to be golfing in the month of February! There are no groundskeepers. There's tons of geese poop, there's no porta potties, you can't clean your balls or your clubs. But we don't care! I give Salt Creek five stars for being open and letting us golf! It's a beautiful course when all hands are on deck.
Course was in good condition. Fairways and greens were clean of leaves. A few more signs would be helpful to find the next tee-box. Still, round was enjoyable.

Two executive 9 hole courses that fun yet challenging to play.
The driving range and bar are an added bonus. I would definitely play there again

Great course to go out and enjoy golf. All par 3 and 4. Friendly staff, course is maintained. Play front or back 9 or both. Great for new comers and younger players.

Great Experience
The Guys in the clubhouse are super friendly. The atmosphere is very easy going relaxing. Great course

Good Course for 2nd Year Player
Course was in great condition. Challenging enough for a 2nd year player. Good variety of hole length. The jet noise can be obnoxious as it is on the approach to Ohare. Not peaceful at all.

This course and staff is amazing
This course is really nice and is a great course for early experienced golfers. However, the only bad thing is the booking times. Multiple times I have booked, we are told we are alone. Then suddenly a group of pair will show up and get paired with me. If I’m told at the front desk I’m the only 11:20 time, why do I continue to be paired with 11:30 groups? This is the only negative comment I have. Otherwise, this course and staff our beyond friendly and helpful

Substandard quality
This was our first time playing Salt Creek and we were very disappointed with the condition of the course. Fairways were more like rough and desperately needed cutting. Also, tee boxes were in a very poor condition. Greens were OK and certainly the best part of the course.
