Beautiful but challenging course
First time playing Seven Bridges and it was as challenging as I had heard. The Course is beautiful and worth the challenge. Would not suggest on a windy day.
Back nine
Back nine is very difficult especially on a course with no driving range or short game facilities..an average golfer cannot enjoy the back nine and tires them out
Difficult track
First time playing here. Round was pricey $50+ but thankfully I had golfnow credit. It was well worth the experience. The course is very challenging but fun. It was unusually busy even for the not too great weather conditions. This slowed pace of play but overall it wasn't too bad. We grouped up with the twosome behind us and had a great time. $5 a beer was steep. Staff was great.
GREAT COURSE.
The back nine with the Famous seven bridges did not disappoint. Very windy but very fun . Bring lots of golf balls if you are a average golfer. Real nice open air bar overlooking the course. In my opinion you have to play this course.
Great course with awesome staff
We live in the area and have never been out to play at Seven Bridges. The experience is that of a private country club. The staff is very friendly, courteous, and most importantly efficient. The cost is on par for upscale service and a challenging course with a well maintained landscape. If you want to feel like your at a private club without having to pay membership fees, then this is one of the great options in the area.
Metzy
Great rate but not worth the $80-$100 normal price. Stay below the hole if you can. You can score on the front nine but the back nine is very difficult from tee to green. Conditions were outstanding except for a lot of ball marks on the greens.
Great course
Tough layout, challenging course, but always in great shape. Fun course to play and one of my favorites.
Hack
I sucked but a very nice course. Beer girl disappeared on us. Overall great place.
A beautiful course. Difficult but fair
A beautiful course. Difficult but fair. Excellent conditions greens were immaculate.
Nice course
This course has character. Although a lot of water on the course, it is not really in play unless you spray the ball a lot. Will play here again.
Fantastic course for early spring
Really surprises at how well this course played. The fairways were good, the greens were fast and rolling true. Seven bridges is definitely a course you should play if you haven't. Staff is really friendly too
Love this course, a greatest one in Grand Chicago.
Definitely one of the best golf courses in Chicago. Playing the back nine holes are a lot of fun and challenge.
Nice.....but
It's absolutely great when they do not tell you that they just airrated the greens the day before playing at a course where they want to charge you $50+
Great Course lots of Water
Course was in great condition, lots of fun to play. Water comes into play on almost every single hole more of a target golfer type course.
Beautiful landscaping with true greens
Scenic water hazards, old trees, lush grass, not too hard, diverse holes. Highly recommended.
Great course
The course is in great shape. The staff is very friendly.
Dybo's Take on 7Bridges
Really was a nice course layout and in good condition. The Rangers are buzzing around the whole time out there...on Sunday?...Golf on weekends is becoming exceedingly challenging to complete in less than 5 hours let alone 4 hours and 20 minutes...but I do embrace and support da efforts of the staff! Bottom line good course that will challenge your shot making...beware the back 9 if you're spraying your shots.
Underrated gem....
Fantastic course, well designed holes, fun but at the same time challenging, and precise &a fast greens. This belongs in the top ten of public golf in Chicago
Seven Bridges
This was a great course to play. If you are a fan of a great day of golf on a challenging course I would definitely recommend that you play here. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of a real driving range. They only had the mats that you hit into a netting. Everything else was in great shape which was surprising because of how much it rained the day before.
Great Day at Seven Bridges
The course conditions were excellent. Fairways were like carpets and rough was challenging. Greens rolled smooth and speed was good. After the round we enjoyed cocktails on the outside deck. We had 8 players in our group and everyone had an enjoyable experience.
