Great layout with a very friendly staff. It has challenging holes and others that you can go after.. It’s a course where you want to spend an afternoon!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Course in good shape and is always challenging! Always have a great time playing here. The golf pro is always accommodating for lessons !

Teach?
Finally happy to get a good deal but just terrible pace 2hrs 45 mins for 9 was enough we left paid for (18) it was husband wife golf an the husband's were the teachers im a new golfer but 6 balls after the first 3 hit the trees take a different approach..teach? course was nice other then the 6 some an 4 some..really short par fours which is newbie friendly but i (and) friends wont be back.

Awesome course
I'm a little biased concerning Beechwood (I'm a member) but this course is certainly one you will enjoy playing. Great combination of fair yet tough; keep in play and you'll be great, get offline and you have get creative! Kyle and his staff are amazing, will help in any way possible! Definitely worth the trip!

Where are the rangers?
This was my first time playing at Beechwood. The course is very playable - rewarded good shots in the fairways and punished a bit for wayward shots. The pace was a problem but it was a weekend so we expected it to be a little slow. We didn’t expect the threesome in front of us to be as slow as they were. There were 3 men - one good golfer, one who stood over his ball for at least 30 seconds before swinging, and one who only had a putter with him. He used the putter to tee off, hit fairway shots and putt. It was infuriating! Where was the ranger? How could they let someone on the course without clubs? We left after 9 because we couldn’t stand it any more! Too bad because we really wanted to play the whole course.
We apologize for the pace of play issue you experienced. We always try to keep a great pace when having our golfers on the course. Fantastic municipal course
Very nice municipal golf course. Good value friendly people. Did have a few foursomes of fairly new golfers which slowed down play until we just decided to skip a hole and go around them.
The only thing this course needs is a ranger to ensure play moves at a reasonable pace.
Tee boxes were a little firm. Trying to get a tee into a few of them was a bit of a challenge. Greens were in fantastic shape and it appears most golfer fix their pitch marks.
Overall a great layout at a fair price.
Staff in clubhouse was very friendly which added to the nice experience for the day.

One of the best city public good courses I have ever played. The course was in great shape and the staff was really friendly!

This golf course is gold. The greens are in mint shape and the tee boxes and sand traps are in great shape as well. Highly recommended!
