At Widgi Creek Golf Club, you'll discover the most comprehensive golf, sports and fitness environment in the Northwest. Start with a full eighteen holes of championship golf that meander beneath huge pines along the rim of the dramatic Deschutes River Canyon. Add practical, hands-on tips from one of the area's finest staffs of golf professionals.
Designed by Robert Muir Graves in 1989, Widgi Creek is over 6900 yards and plays to a par of 72. The course is a challenge to every level of player. Characterized by fast undulation greens, it is considered one of the top 5 courses in the area. Golf Digest called Widgi Creek, "the sleeper in Central Oregon" and Golf Magazine called it a "must play". Widgi Creek will always be considered to be among the best maintained in the area.
After the round, relax at The Grill or shop the fully stocked pro shop. The Grill provides tasty light fair with daily specials for lunch and dinner. Both indoor and outdoor facilities are available with a marvelous expanded outdoor deck that looks out over the golf course. Exceptional banquet facilities (seating to 150) are available with specialized menus.

Great Value
Excellent layout and course condition. Thoroughly enjoyed the round and believe it is among Bend’s best golf values.
Great experience
Played Widgi Creek for the first time and WILL return. A good test of golf.
It does have some semi-hidden areas that caught me. Pay a lot of attention to the course guide. Very helpful information.
Greens a bit 'froggy' in the afternoon but were pretty true. Never got my speed right. My bad!

Beautiful golf course...Sand anyone???
The golf course is beautiful! We saw lots of wild life including a coyote wondering around on the back nine,, deer, of course the grey squirrels, and the chickmuncks...sooo cute. Slow play on the front nine. Some of the greens were airated and covered in ALOT of sand which was very disappointing...there was no mention of that from anyone in the clubhouse. My husband and I were paired up with 2 other gentlemen. One of the gentleman used to be a marshal at the course so he have us some pointers on a few holes. That was very nice of him. My husband and I had a great time!!
We are glad you enjoyed your time out here and hope you come to see us again! Our apologies for not notifying you about greens 1,2, and 5 that is our mistake and hope you come out another time when we have all the greens rolling in top condition!

Awesome setting

Challenging course
This course gave me all I could handle with its layout. The greens were not the best, bumpy on some, inconsistent green speed from hole to hole. Need more sand in traps. But worthwhile checking out

Good course to play
This course is always well taken care of. There are some tricky holes that can bring in those high scores but overall it’s a pretty fair course. The pace of play was decent for a weekend. I think if you’re in Bend this is one of the better public courses to play.

A little gem of a course. Not that it is short but that it is not talked about as much as other courses in the area. It is a fun course with lots of character and challenges. I would definitely play again !

Great bang for your buck!
Course is in great condition. For the price it is amazing! Bill the marshall was a hoot and all staff was very friendly! We will be coming back to this course every year!!!

Nice course, good value
We have played Widgi a few times. My wife likes it because of the forward tees for women. It has a nice layout and was in good condition when we played.
