Course good condition, #14 needs a new bridge, it's pretty sketchy going across

That bridge is so bad, If they don't do something, someone is going to get hurt and sue them hard. They've had plenty of warnings now. I have an outing there in a few weeks and I'm already trying to figure out how to go around that, I don't even want to attempt that bridge again.

Course is challenging BUT course management needs to be improved ! Neglect to cart-path , teeboxes and bridges over water ! Two stars

Course has been poorly maintained for years ! Cart path , tee boxes and bridges ! Irrigation issues with old inground pipes ! Poor man’s course with high green fee’s ! Bad management ! Old country club course !

Course was in very good shape. Greens rolled very nicely. Little to no wait at any point in the round. All in all, a very enjoyable day. Great value!

Excellent fairway conditions. Rough wasn't unbearable. Greens were firm and kept well. Tee boxes were pretty rough and dry. Good experience, we'll play again soon.

Not what I expected

Thought this would be a lot nicer course. Tee boxes awful, cart paths a mess and my god that bridge over the lake was terrifying truly didn’t know if we’d make it across. Fairways decent layout ok. Lots of blind tee shots. Seems over priced for what it is.

Best bang for your buck

Love this course. It’s not the fanciest comparatively speaking, but it is well maintained, never busy, and less expensive than others nearby. I’m sure I’ll play Longview at least 6-7 more times this season.

Good course with just a few blemishes

Overall for the price, it was a very solid course. The only real complaints are that the tee boxes are a bit rough and some rough hole cutting, but other than that, it was a nice course with some fun and challenging holes.
