Love this place
The staff are super friendly and helpful. Course plays at nice pace. Grounds are adequate for working on your game.
Great course for beginners
Great course for beginners and those needing to work on Par 3s and short par 4s. Tee boxes are worn out from the summer play. Green are in good shape.
Oh boy !
Pace of play was terrible , course is too small to have groups of 6-8 walking especially on the weekends .
Great short course
Course was in good condition despite very dry conditions in the area. Great staff and just good people running the place. Good to practice your short irons with a couple of short par 4s thrown on the mix.
Cute course, friendly staff, plan for a long day.
This is a fun little course. 6 par 3s (all 100-150 yards), and 3 short par 4 holes. Some water and danger lurks about, so it requires hitting different shots. Course is in decent condition, greens are fairly slow. The staff is very friendly and try to be helpful.
The downside is the pace of play. It was pretty awful. There were a number of groups playing 5-6 or more people in a group. A lot of brand new golfers and young kids. This is to be expected for a par-3 course, but it was really slow. Take this into account when planning to play.
Even with the pace of play issues, this course is a lot of fun and is a good value.
Pace is terrible
They let a bunch of small children play on this course and use it like a putt putt course. Took me 40 minutes to play three holes because the person in front of us was letting her 6 year old “play”. Ahead of her was another small child attempting to hit a ball. I didn’t pay to play this course and have it looking like a daycare. Management should set an age limit and tell people they cannot bring small children to play but to just watch.
It’s fun, but small
Tons of goose poop and a very small course. That said, the staff is very nice and the course is well kept. It’s just the goose poop! It was fun for a quick 9. Only two par fours I think.
Great short course
Clear Creek Golf Course is an excellent short course with 6x par 3 and 3x par 4 holes. If you wish to play 18 holes then you just run it back again. This is great for keeping your game tuned. Course is well kept/manicured. It isn’t difficult to get a tee time. There is a driving range and putting green for a quick warm-up/practice. Course layout is a little wonky which makes navigating the course a little difficult for first timers. My wish is that they would add a concession stand/restaurant. It only takes the average golfer about 1-1:15 hour to play 9 holes on most given days (foot traffic depending).
Favorite little course
This is my favorite little course. 7 par 3’s, 2 par 4’s and just challenging enough. Great place to work on your short game and the staff is super friendly.
Good practice
This is a good course for approach, and around the green work. Not to hard not to easy. Probably need to find a different place to work on putting and driving.
Great little course
A great little course for what it is. 7 par 3’s and a couple of par 4’s make it a nice place to work on your short game and have fun with the kids!
Nice course
It has a nice compact layout. Would be great for a push cart.
