Different
Today they had some type of iron man tournament. Was part of the tournament but still had us start at hole 7 and had a couple of holes cross. Had me messing up BUT still had a good time. This course is GREAT
Good Value
Bowie is a fun course. The staff is working hard to make your round an enjoyable experience. Greens are slow. Otherwise it's in pretty good shape. A great value for the money!
The Course is in great shape other than the Cart Pathes
Mature course with good rates
This is a good course for those not expecting anything fancy, just old-fashioned golf on a mature course. The price is always right, and the layout is challenging but not overly difficult. I’m a 16 handicap and generally score in the mid-8s from the whites here. Holes 10 and 12 are shoehorned in, but other than those I think they layout is fine.
Please water the tee box at the sixteenth hole.
We are unable to place a tee in the ground because of the hard condition of the tee box.
Wooden tees break and plastic bend but neither goes into the soil without extreme difficulty. You installed a new irrigation system over the winter. Use it to loosen up the 16th tee box.
Thank you
Great Outing
Bowie is a tight golf course with narrow fairways. That makes it challenging. It is laid out in a way that makes it easy to walk
