Great place to play
Great value for the money. Not much to complain except leaves on the fairway and sand on the sand traps was very packed. Because of the leaves lost few balls. Greens needed some TLC, they were slightly overgrown which cause minor bumpyness. Cart path needs major rework. I will definitely recommend this course to my friends.
Bowie
This is one of my favorites. The new management is friendly and supportive. They are already making improvements.
The course was in good shape and well maintained. The greens started slow and got faster. They managed the frost delay without an issue.
Great experience and I shot my lifetime personal best!!!.
Good place to play
I have played here several times, it's a good place and price is very reasonable. Cart path needs rebuilding. Greens are great but fairways need some work. Sand traps also need work.

Positive first experience
I enjoyed the course. The course was nice for a November day but many greens were covered in leaves. Could use some maintenance around them to blow leaves off, it made putting a nightmare. Otherwise, enjoyable course! I’m definitely coming back again.
Best starter around
Have not played Bowie in many months, hard to play as a single with all the new Covid golfers. The new starter RON was outstanding could not be more positive and was quick with any information you needed. Will try to schedule another round asap.
Love the layout of the course
Always loved Bowie. Had a ladies league there for years. Our league left because of the cleanliness of the clubhouse.

Course closed
I made a tee time on Golfnow on Friday October 1st to play on Monday October 4th. I drove 35 miles to get to the golf course 45 minutes before my tee time at 11:52. When I arrived at the course I was greeted with a sign that read " Course closed indefinitely due to new management". It is sad that customer service is so poor that no one from course or Golfnow contacted me to cancel my round. Not only did I waste time travelling there but I also didn't get to make a tee time somewhere else to play. I had to contact Golfnow to get a refund.

try it
Bowie, with the closing of some nearby courses, has become very popular. Nevertheless, the course is still fun to play, with many interesting holes. On Golf Now, great value. My one request is that they once again allow tee times to be booked on-line. Most of us just don't want to call the clubhouse and go back and forth on what's available.
Best Value Around
The course was in great shape except for the 10th green. The staff is always fantastic and it's a fun course to play.
