4.5 hours for a 2 ball. A lot of waiting around A’s course was very very slow. Aside from that, if you have all day to play, a great course in good condition

Slow play always on Saturdays. Took 3 hrs 50 minutes to play 13 holes. Think starter pushed a group he knew ahead of us on first tee

It's perfectly priced just beneath places like pinehills and granite links and what u get is proportionate. It's a good layout but could definitely benefit from a couple longer holes on each side. And it's always in good shape but not flawless like the next level of course. If you can get a good price definitely check this out and it's right near the bridge so it's significantly closer to Boston and Providence than other cape courses

Good weather. Course I’m very good. Onfition. Greens true but a bit slow after rain last night. Firm fairways. Very nice course with some interesting doglegs and. Varied elevations.

Always enjoy this track Never disappoints on condition or challenges.

Course has many beautiful holes with significant elevation changes. Greens are in great condition, fast and roll true. It took our foursome about four and a half hours to play so it was a little slow and we had to wait on most holes to tee off. We played the white tees but were moved up thirty to four yards on a few holes making for a few short par fours. Group had an enjoyable time and look forward to playing this course again.

Always in great shape. Staff super. Play a few times to better handle some blind shots and challenging but fair greens.

I absolutely loved everything about this beauty! Such an awesome layout with fantastic elevation changes! Spring Folliage was in full bloom- play it & thank me later!!! A permanent member of the Cape rotation when visiting! Will be returning in September with a group- AWESOME

Course is in great shape pace of play was perfect, weather was perfect!

This course is in very good condition and it is tough. Enjoyed playing here.

we asked for a handicap flag and did not get one! also yelled at by a course worker for driving cart on first fairway because it was wet. no sign toi tell us that and nobody mentioned that when signing in? did not like layout to many blind shots with slanted fairways and have to park carts way away from greens and walk up and down hills to get to green, also this was May 7 th and kitchen+ bar not open.the course was in fairly good condition
