Brookside
Enjoyed the layout, conditions, and pace of play, look forward to going back, excellent value for price on golfnow
Always enjoy playing at the Brookside GC, in great shape.
great experience
Booked an 845 teetime one day in advance for a great rate....Played on a Friday morning in season on a beautiful Cape Cod summer day. we teed off 10 minutes early as a twosome and played in just under three hours! conditions were spectacular.. tees beautiful, fairways lush, greens perfect and fast. Played behind other twosomes and in front of others. Everybody moved at the same great pace. The conditions were impeccable. Very hilly course, well designed on a picturesque site. Staff was great and had a quick lunch after golf which was excellent and served promptly. A great experince and one I will repeat frequently.
One of my favorite courses ever
This course blew me away. It was a beautiful track, great variation and elevation changes, and It was in immaculate condition. I’ve paid much more to play courses half as nice. I’d play this course over and over again, can’t wait to be back!
Great day!
Everything was wonderful, course, conditions, and pace of play. No complaints
Great layout
Course in excellent conditon, layout presents challenges but is fair. Doglegs, water on a few holes. Pace was great except for one foursome who did not let us play through so we skipped a hole
Top notch course
Played white tees. Very fair yardage, premium on accurate tee ball. Fairways perfectly mowed, greens at a consistent speed.
Had a great time.
driver not recommended
Conditions were perfect, but this is a rescue club course. So many holes where you cannot drive the ball. Too many instances of hitting a perfect drive and have it bound all the way across a sloping fairway into a punishing bunker; or if you are lucky enough to miss the bunker, you'll roll into the woods. Takes a few rounds to learn the greens, also. Very tricky, but challenging.
PGA-tour quality greens
For me, the quality of a course's greens play a huge factor in how I review the course. The greens at Brookside Club are immaculate. And oh yeah, the fairways and tee boxes are just as good. Seriously- the conditions here are about as good as it gets. I paid $63 for 18 holes with cart. This is one of the nicest courses I've ever played under $100.
Nice day
Very friendly staff. Felt like they were glad we came. Course in very good condition. Many blind shots. Greens quick and not many flat spots. Course plays a little shorter than yardage. You don’t go by the clubhouse after 9 holes. Would have been nice if they had a cart person. Enjoyed the day.
Course is always in good shape.
Sunday morning 820 tee time we were done about 1230. Good pace and great day for it...
