Pricing falsely advertised
Signed up in advance at a reduced rate of $48 because greens were recently aerated but charged $57 at the course. Course in good shape but greens not nearly healed to justify full walking price. Overall the course is a good mix of challenging holes, some links style, others more parkland/woodland. Greens have good size and often tiers and moderate slopes and can be tricky to read under ideal conditions. Bunkers have good sand. I'll probably return but not within a few weeks of aeration.
Had fun
Course was in good shape, for just being aerated. My only issue was with the carts all having trash in them and not being cleaned for the start of the day

Maintenance is slipping
Great track used to be very well maintained. It looks like things are slipping. Greens were aerated and to be fair there was an alert on GN saying so. But the greens were the worst I’ve seen after aeration with very uneven top dressing. Some spots completely filled in with sand and other spots with none. Trying to put was a joke and I’ve never seen greens so bad. Also the aprons are infested with crabgrass which I’ve never seen here before. This is one of the most enjoyable courses in the area. Please step it up and maintain it.

Nice layout
The greens were just aerated so you could not even putt. If I knew this I wouldn’t have even booked it. I used to live near by and always liked the course but the greens are everything!!

Good course to challenge you on every shot
Played on holiday weekend. Place of play was decent until the back nine. It is expected as the holiday weekend is always very busy. The course is demanding of the tee. If you are good off the tee your second shots will be easier because you won't have to fight the tall fescue areas and water hazards.
The tees were flat and well maintained. The greens were receptive and putt very nice. Some Suttle breaks on the greens that were sneaky but they were healthy and I enjoyed them. I did have to fix other ball marks. I like to make the course better than how I left it. Had a great time playing shot a 39 on the front and was +2 after 4 on the back side when we left. I Will definitely play there again.
