Don't honor mobile check in
Think the guy in the clubhouse is threatened by mobile check in. Anyways he gave us a hard time because we utilized the feature on the golfnow app. Idk he was rude about it too. Maybe drop this course golfnow.
Great time
We started by having to wait for a guy who had shown up late to his tee time were told "he was playing for a personal best". We let him play hole one before we could start.
The pace the rest of the day was slow from that point on. Were a few groups ahead that had walkers that did spent more time searching for their ball than on the course it felt like.
The course itself is very nice, it is very well taken care of. I will play here again.
Great conditions, not crowded
The course was in excellent shape. Greens, tee boxes, and fairways all beautiful. Best conditions I’ve seen in the area all year.
Great day in Chicopee
We had great weather and enjoyed our round at Chicopee CC. Pace of play could have been better but we didn't mind it too much. Seemed to be a lot of ground under repair but otherwise the fairways and greens were nice. New carts were nice except when GPS stopped us from going where it didn't make sense. Overall a fun day!
Great golf day
Great round of golf, beautiful conditions, carts take a moment to get use to(GPS)
Great round!
Great course in awesome condition to go with an excellent staff! Thank you again!
One of the nicest public courses in Western Mass.
This course is always in excellent condition. The greens are pristine and never disappoint. It is also very walkable which is preferred. Fair pricing and pleasant staff make for a great experience.
Ranger Up In Our Business
The ranger checked on us (not even joking) about 8-9 times. It made me really angry because I don't need to be babysat when we are just enjoying a holiday weekend round. There weren't even people waiting behind us so I'm not sure what his issue was. If it is like that next time we won't be back. Just want to be left alone unless there is an actual problem.
Always a fun round
Chicopee CC is very well run with an incredibly friendly staff. Course was in excellent shape and will always be my favorite western mass play.
Bad management.
I have been playing this course for over 10 years and the past couple have been a huge disappointment. This course books tee times probably around 2-4 minutes apart. I booked a tee time on GolfNow and then was at the tee box 2 mins before set tee time. The starter then sent off two groups, saying “they’re members, they play together” mind you this is a public course. The two groups then got to the tee and proceeded to shake each others hands to introduce themselves, meaning the starter was just lying. After that my group got on the tee box and my tee was in the ground waiting for the group ahead to finish up. The starter then came over to us and said there’s another group before you and at this point we are 20 minutes over our tee time that we paid to reserve. He proceeded to send them off before us. I learned to golf on this course and I used to love it but the way they book tee times and the rudeness of most starters ruins the experience entirely.

Ive had similar experiences here with over zealous rangers who always seem to be hovering.
