Clinchview Golf Club

Hadn't played here in a couple years.

Course is in great shape considering the hurricane rain had it pretty wet. Greens were tougher than I remember. We'll definitely be back on a dryer day to get the full effect.

Clinch View GC is in great condition, bermuda grass throughout and well maintained. Greens have plenty of undulations and slope leading to challenging downhill or sidehill putts. Greens were receptive. Unfortunately, there were many ball marks that had not been repaired so I ended up repairing several on each green.

Course was in good shape. Some small repair areas on a few greens but they were on the edges and out of play for almost all shots. Played here while traveling for work and was pleasantly surprised. I played as single and two 2sums let me play through without me having to ask. Even if they had not pace of play would still have been good.

Recently moved here and have played Clinchview a few times now. I’ve really come to enjoy it. Great condition and challenging enough.

To inform you Golfnow...Clinchview Golf Course isn't closed as you are stating on your website. The only day Clinchview Golf Club is closed is Christmas Day.

Course was way overbooked, we had 2 parties lined in front of us and countless parties behind us. Fairways were right beside eachother and often had golfers from other holes hitting out of other fairways to get back on course. Would have been much funner had the course simply not been over booked with Tee times.

Loved the course will be back, needs a little work on the cart paths other than that excellent

Well maintained everything was great. Greens and fairway were awesome. My first time here. Definitely coming back again.

Course was in good condition except for a tee box or two under repairs. Pace of play good on front 9 but a threesome in front of me slowed things done considerably on the back 9.

This course could be a really nice one. I think the owners may be just doing the basics to keep it going. And i guess since it's so pretty in certain spots and the area is so pretty, they just leave it be. Cartpaths are horrendous and will kill your behind. Cartpath only rules even when it wasn't wet the other day. Lots of broken tree limbs even sitting in the cartpaths. Ball cleaners (no water). Greens seem to have had several types of different grass and really slow , holes in the greens , dead trees line the course with piles of burnt wood visible to players.parking lot is way too small and need alot of work. Snack bar is something you would find at a baseball game and the room could be fixed really nice, with just a little remodel The one course toilet was worse thsn i have ever seen in my life and there was onky one , rotted wood structires everywhere. Simple and inexpensive fixes and some regular maintenance and this would be a really , really nice place. But not at the moment. Sorry for the honest reviews. On the bright side it is a picturesque place for a course and it's a golf course , that was my two compliments. With the business they do get , you would think they could do better.

Played on Sunday morning...St Patrick's Day.

Pace was slower than usual.

The course was in good shape for early spring...greens were very good.

Course was in great shape as always. Really enjoyed my round!!
