Slow Pace.Marshall was not supervising
The course was in good keeping. Pace was slow. The group in front of us was 2-3 holes behind and Marshall was not supervising. We could have done our round in than 4 hours maybe less.
The last time we played before this was also slow.
Svery slow pace of play plus No cart girl
Course of play at the turn was a back up of three foursomes so this slowed the pace of play to 5 hours.
Plus we only saw the cart once in 18 holes. Very slow on her part otherwise not bad day
Always in great shape
I have always enjoyed playing this course and this time was no exception. The course is in great shape, staff are professional and friendly.
Excellent condition as always
I think my 4th time playing here and it is always in excellent condition. Pace of play was good, warm up range is great and appreciated.
new manager.... Waverly needs HELP
Waverly used to be one of the best run, well maintained courses around. I love it and it's place in the county. But they recently had a new manager come in and it's been a TOTAL crapshow for the last month or so. No one seems to know what they're doing, no one is in charge, customer service had gone out the window. It took the pro shop staff 15 minutes to figure out how to check me in and there was no manager around to help. All of the ones that were there for a long time seem to have left. Really sad to see what's happened to waverly in the last month or so.
Nice Course - Hidden Gem
The course was in great shape. Pretty challenging. The pace of play was a bit slow, but it was a holiday, so many golfers were out on the course.
I would appreciate to actually know who you are and have contact details so we can discuss the issues you encountered.
I was at the course the entire day and was not made aware of any issues by the pro-shop or other staff.
