About
Hawk Hollow Golf Club's 27-hole layout has been ranked as one of the top 50 public golf courses in Michigan. Sprawling across over 500 acres, the course provides plenty of room. It also covers a diverse terrain that is sprinkled with water features and trees. Strategically placed bunkers frame the undulating greens but the water takes center stage on this course. It comes into play on nearly every hole. The fifth hole on the back nine is one of the course's best risk-reward opportunities. This challenging hole is a seemingly modest par 4 that features an island fairway and a sloping but receptive green. With some luck and two well struck shots you could find yourself with a birdie. In addition to the golf course, Hark Hollow offers extensive practice facilities that include two driving ranges, a short game area, and a large putting green.

Perfect !
Was paired up but Second didn't show up at tee time . Waited 5 minutes and teed off. Solo for first 2 holes where a twosome allowed me to play through, at three.. After that not a soul till 9. At that point I caught a group of four making the turn and could see a group in the Fairway. I went to the Club House and asked if it be OK to tee off on 19 since there was no one on the tee box . He said sure and the next nine was great. only a single out in front and he was a quick player. All in all the best round this year. Only compliant was the lack of merchandise . Left my putter at home and was prepared to drop a hundred bucks on a replacement but no clubs to be had.
They did lend me a putter that had seen better days but it had to do.

Exceptional Round - course was empty.
First round here this year. It was perfect. We didn't see any golfers until the 18th hole, and they were finishing. Course is in excellent condition (1-18), staff are friendly.

The course was perfect
From the fairways to the greens the course was in the best shape of any course I’ve ever played. The grounds crew can be proud of their work.
Challenging but fair (if you hit it straight)
Love this course. Have played it many times. Played well so even more fun. Lots of trouble and the par 3s are ALL challenging, especially #12 and #17.
Couse in excellent shape and the greens rolled true.
