Holly Meadows Golf Course
About
Holly Meadows Golf Club & Banquet Center in Capac is a player-friendly course that wanders across a scenic landscape of mature trees and natural wetlands. The gently rolling terrain provides subtle but tricky elevation changes. Several ponds come into play throughout the golf course, water is by far the most prominent challenge you'll find though there are also a few strategically placed bunkers to contend with along the greensides. At 6,200 yards from the back tees, it's a manageable length for beginners. The layout definitely has a fair amount of holes that will make you think but overall it's forgiving enough for high handicappers. For a quick, fun round for any skill level, it's an excellent option. Besides golf, you can also bowl a few rounds at Holly Meadows Golf Club & Banquet Center.

Reviews
This course was great!!
I would go back to this course weekly. It's that nice of a place.
Nice course!
Friendly staff greeted us and we were out golfing in no time.
Course itself was in a nice shape, and greens were in good condition. A new golfer should bring lots of balls as it's not forgiving when your shot doesn't go straight. Otherwise, course was fun to play on. It certainly keeps you challenged but not overwhelming.
Nice selection of food in the club house!
This course is an easy to moderate course but it is a good time.
We were very impressed with the staff as they were so helpful and cooperative. We had gone out on the 10th to play and we were confronted with lots of congestion/ When we went back to go off the first nine the staff member did all he could to get us reoriented and off. Had a great time.
course has some tough features
6200 yard course but difficulty of greens more than makes up for a little less yardage
Best value around
I enjoyed the course. The staff was friendly and play moved along nicely. Best value around!
Nestled in wildlife, wetlands; country setting.
Loved playing here. The front 9 was a little boring but you can say or use it as a warm up for the back nine. The course is well-maintained and laid out nicely. I enjoyed playing here and cant wait to come back. Beautiful course!
Dog legs and Ponds greet you
Excellent club house facilities where we enjoyed lunch in a well maintained bar/pub.
Recommend the back blue tees for mid level handicappers as the course plays well under 6,000 yards from the white.
Hazzards consist mostly of ponds and some marsh. Carry over is not difficult but the perimiter contour can be deceptive and suprise a first time player. Front 9 is virtually treeless with a more traditional back nine. Fun to play and look forward to returning. Only one strange fact - bag drop is not near cart path but you can drive your cart around the clubhouse to your car.
great course for the money!!
good value nice course but they put us in the middle of a scramble!! upset a few guys!!!
nice course for the money
A great value. fairly easy front 9. Scenic and tougher back 9. Greens rolled smooth and pretty fast. With golfnow prices you cant beat it.
A great course and lots of fun to play
I really enjoyed playing golf at this course. It was well maintained and the greens were challenging as well as well manicured. The staff was friendly and the pace of play was to my liking as well.
This course offers difficulties for every player
The staff in the proshop was super nice. Some of the grounds crew people were not nice and several of the wanted you to wait till they were done with their tasks instead of stopping for the players.
good mix of open and challenge
the fairways are clearly marked, just stay out of the rough. tough to find your ball
well maintained course
the course is well maintained and very scenic with wooden covered bridge on13th hole. just a very nice course to play. walked the whole 18 and really enjoyed it.
well maintained
Great course. well maintained. rolling hills and great scenery.
no outhouses on the course yet.
I'm sure this outhouse situation will be fixed soon , but if you are fully open why not BE fully open. No hole markers (signs) to tell u what hole you are on either. 18 bucks for a bag of chips and a 6 pack, come on man! Course was green, due to heavy rains this season, fast greens looked ok. nuthin great here, goin back to Rattle Run! Gas powered noisey golf carts too -- go green folks, head for Rattle Run.
Go Try It
We played this during the week and it was not too crowded. Greens were in very good shape compared to some and overall the course was in, I would call, slightly above average shape. Friendly staff.
