About
Fenton Farms Golf Club is a public, 18-hole course that has roots that date back to the 1930s when it and Lake Fenton were known as Long Lake. The course has been known as a variety of names over the years but it has long been a local favorite and referred to by many as "the friendly place." The original barn that belonged to the Crane family, the founders of the original club, was converted into the current clubhouse. The classic design of the golf course is gentle enough for beginners but there are risk-reward opportunities that more advanced players will enjoy. Mature trees line the well manicured fairways and there are water hazards on a few holes.

the course was in great shape. Easy access from US-23. I plan on playing there many more times.
Green held shots nicely from the fairway. I sprayed a few shots and got away with it . Also, there are a couple risk/reward holes that dogleg if you can hit a good shot. The yardage seems to be pretty accurately marked as well.
This is a fun, challenging course in superb summer condition.
I have played this course several times and have never been disappointed. Great greens, tee boxes, and fairways. Open enough for rookies and challenging enough for regular golfers. Had a great time.

Great course for money. Well maintained actually live in lansing .Want to try some lansing courses on golf now .com
Beautiful day on the course
Nice track to take in. Played the gold tees @ ~ 6,000 yds. and had a very enjoyable round. Played on a Sunday at 1:00 and never had to wait for the next shot. Course well maintained and staff was very cordial. Once again a great value delivered from GolfNow.

Course is full of mature trees. Very well maintained. I keep thinking what a beautiful park this is! I'll be going back often!
Course is in great shape
Challenging but not overly difficult. Course was in super shape. Play was a little slow due to mid morning leagues.
Nice place to just get a round in
We have had a lot of rain and I thought the course was still in great shape for this early in the spring.
Great Course, Great Clubhouse Staff
Everythings great except watch out for the rangers. They are not nice or friendly for anyone trying to have a real good time. I think you all know what I mean.
Use every club in the bag and not much trouble to get into.
The course is well maintained, greens always in good shape. It's kind of wide open so if you spray your shots you won't get into too much trouble, but still have to hit it well in order to score well. You will end up using just about every club in your bag at this course. No thrills but offers a good test of you golfing skills at a decent rate.

Plenty of variety and challenging holes. Will definitely come back for another round.

This course if very fun to play with some real challenging holes. The greens are always well kept and the staff is very friendly.
