Highland Hills Golf Club

Not the best course around, not the worse either. Greens have gouges in them. Look liked snowmobiles and trucks ran it over in the winter. Ok for the 1st round of the season.

Course is OK, but no Hole markers were up, no tee boxes were marked. Only one person working at the course, and it was busy today. It's 11/29, and the weather was good for golf so there were plenty of golfers there. Would have been better if the holes were marked.

Not the greatest course in the greatest conditions, but for the money it’s a fairly open course, but a little confusing (took a minute to find hole 12) . Good beginner course, good value.

So I had 5 birdie opportunities today Which for me is a record in itself. The bad news is I only made one. I know pars are good but i should have made at least two of them. Other than that it was a great round. Gotta work on that putting this off season.

I played this course once or twice a year, but this year the course is not in good shape anymore. Fairways are super dry and hard, greens are super dry and cracked up. I will not waste my time to drive 45 minutes to play this course again.

We golfed the back first, it was horrible. So many blind approach shots that it was impossible to even know where the hole was. Greens were non existent, T-boxes were,in the grass, ground so hard that balls flew into woods and off green at every shot. Worst 9 holes any of us have ever played. Front was a bit more open but still conditions were poor. Greens are very small and extremely dry and not maintained at all. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The only good thing is it was not crowded. Will never recommend nor play this course again. Save your money.

Course overall not bad. Greens in pretty bad shape. Groundpeople are unbelievably rude. Left mowers running next to tee boxes. The woman on the mower kept pestering us and accusing me of driving over tee boxes. People with their dogs out on the course. Decent course but not very professional

Has potential

Water the course. Very dry. Very hard. Staff let’s golfers do what they want. Be more forceful. And for gods sake. Water the course.

Nicely kept course with wide fairways and good greens. Pace is good and never seems to be crowded.

First time out there. Course has some tricky holes in terms of layout, which makes it difficult when you aren’t familiar. A few greens had some issues, but other than that, course was in good shape. Will definitely play again

It was a little dry. I think there is a sprinkler problem

I booked late afternoon day before. All the tee times in the morning were available and it seemed the only course in metro Detroit that this was the case. Show up in the morning and everyone in town was their and had a similar experience with booking. Lady at the front said to a guy you can have your money back “ I don’t care”. And that there were ppl making the turn??? Did they tee off at 4:30 am?!?

Booo this course!!!

Grass is dry and super hard ground. The hole lengths are no where no right. Only worth the golf now special would never pay full price. Mostly straight narrow fairways.

Great day to play around of golf. The course was a little dry which came in handy off the Tee. Definitely Added a few yards to your drive. However around the greens they had a tendency to run off. That being said my playing partner wound up with 3 birdies and I had 2. Had a put for an Eagle on 18 but was more than happy to settle for my 2nd birdie.

The course is very dried out. Tee boxes need work. Greens were in pretty bad shape.
