About
Bruce Hills Golf Course is located in the north metro Detroit area near Romeo. Mature trees are scattered throughout the course, providing shade and a peacefully secluded feel. The par-70 layout is relatively short at only 5,630 yards form the back tees, making it an ideal round for beginners but it still provides good practice and a quick round for more advanced players. The golf course sprawls across a diverse terrain that allows for downhill and uphill approaches to the small, round greens, which are often sloped from back to front. Keeping the ball below the hole is the key to scoring well on this golf course. Bruce Hills' player-friendly layout only has four bunkers but water comes into play on 12 holes, providing the bulk of the course's challenges.

Over $20 is robbery
if you pay more than 29 bucks to play here you're being robbed. Tee boxes are trash, the carts are trash, it's a shooting gallery,m AND there's water damage everywhere.
Best staff around. Great course all around.
I play here quite a bit during the week after work. It’s my third straight year playing at this course. From the 1st day until now, what a difference. (GREAT WAY) The staff is awesome, definitely makes it worth while. A huge thanks to the Manager Kevin for always being so helpful and knowledgeable about the course. He’s the first person I see each time I play. Just nice to be able to go to a course and get respect like that. I will always be a huge fan of this golf course. Thank you to all the wonderful people who do a great job managing and keeping the course clean and friendly.

Nice course, well kept greens. Very friendly staff
Not bad
The course was nice. Large greens with lots of roll. Only issue was it took over 6 hours to play 18 holes. By the 5th hole we were in a 3 group wait at the tee box. Can’t blame the course, but wish they would have hurried people up.
Favorite Coarse so far
This was our 2nd time playing here and it was better than the first! Long clean fairways tee boxes are nice. Great coarse for the money
Atrocious
We finished six holes in 2.5 hours and then left. Conditions were awful, there was a four group wait on more than one occasion and zero ranger enforcing anything. Not to mention we saw multiple fivesomes. 35 dollars was 30 dollars too much for this course
Deplorable course/horrible food
We paid for 18 holes. First 9 course and cart paths all bumpy, full of holes not maintained. Wasn't able to play back nine due to leagues. Decided to call it a day, went to club house ordered sliders and onion rings all served over cooked and burnt. If you want an enjoyable time don't pick this place.
Great course layout, conditions, and value!
Played 18 solo. Lots of tee shots where you have to club down or lay off the driver to set your next shot up. Pace of play was good, played my round in 3 hours. Greens are challenging as most are crowned, play the ball under the hole to score well. Cannot beat the price for 18 as quiet and nice as the course is.
Great value
The course was in pretty good shape except for some tee boxes where it was hard to find even footing around all the divots. The fairways, rough, and greens were in great shape. My only complaint was the pin placement on some of the greens with large inclines/declines. They were not regulation. I really like this course and you can't find much better value to play a round in metro Detroit.
Much Improved
This course is in great shape! So glad to see that they are taking better care of it. Great track! Layout is very hilly and challenging, and it is tough to keep the ball on the many elevated/crowned greens.
$25 or better is a steal here!!
Great place to Play
Went for the first time with all my kids and wow. The sun coming up on the first tee the great lay out nice fairways just wish I would have played better lol But maybe next time and there def Will be a next time!
