This course made me decide to learn how to golf! While everyone on staff is amazing, my boyfriend and I really enjoy when Rick is out there getting us started. Oh & This place has some Fantastic Jell-O shots
Rude staff
Never have I ever been told that to keep pace of play moving, we are going to put these two women walking in front of you (starter was talking/flirting with them before the round)
Slowest round of my life
Staff did not know what they were doing
Only one person working in the clubhouse between the front desk and the snack bar. She was very rude and could not handle the phone ringing and customers in front of her. Get out to the starters and they tell us to “keep pace of play going, we are putting two women in front of you walking”
I have never been to a course where that has been done before, completely backwards we were waiting behind them the entire round every shot
HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT GO THERE
we booked our tee time for 5 45. We sat there waiting until 615 just to wait for them to pair us up with another group. We than got to the hole and there was 2 groups already waiting there. The club house was very poorly ran. The entire course was very badly ran. The golf course itself is very basic and the sand is like cement. The fairways are long like a rough. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. GO SO.EWERE ELSE.
Overgrown
Fairways were as tall as the rough at most courses and the rough was about an inch or more taller then your ball. Doesn’t drain well so don’t go after it rains
Course in Good Shape - Need to mow down the rough
The course is in the best shape it's been since a tornado destroyed hundreds of old trees at Chandler Park about 20 years ago. The greens are healthy, the bunkers are in good shape, and the course is draining very well. The course stays busy, and can be bit slow. I recommend the greenskeepers mow the rough down to improve the pace of play. I lost 3 balls that trickled in the rough and disappeared. The greens are small - you'll need to chip and putt to score well...Back 9 is more challenging and enjoyable than the front. If you haven't played Chandler this year, you should give it a try.

Would like to have seen more covid-19 related precautions on the greens.
