Chandler Park Golf Course

Staff was great, course was in decent shape, solid course for the money. That being said, they need to stop booking twosomes… had a 10:52 tee time, by hole 13 it was 3:30…this is a significant problem. Also, there was a big bee issue while we played, and I got stung by one lol. If I knew they cleaned up pace of play, I’d recommend..

The course was okay. The major issue was the high number if geese on the course and goose droppings were everywhere. Take some sanitary wipes with you if you plan on playing Chandler.

Place was clean the coarse was fun the staff was friendly and I will definitely be back for another round!

Went here a month ago to play 9 with a buddy of mine. It rained like crazy the day before. We arrived and were told about the water on the course (expected) and it was walking only. Had a great time and the course was much better and fun than I expected. I got what I expected for the price. The guys in the club house were friendly and the hot dogs were huge! Overall, for being a what I'd call a regular no frills course, I liked it a lot and will be back! My only complaint is that they didn't have any score cards with the course layout printed on them. They only had paper copies of them minus the layout. Can't wait to play here again.

We played here for the second time in a week and were not disappointed. It is a better course than many we have played in Macomb county. Just a few pot holes and some of the cart paths need repair.

This course is truly a different course from what it was last time I played there (20 years ago). It has been brought back to life and is in very good condition. I will definitely play there again soon.

Glad this course is still available for play as many of the Detroit munis are going away! Course conditions were not bad and were not great, rather they are what I would expect from munis.

Surprisingly course had several unique / fun holes and the back 9 greens had more character than the front.

When my friends and I showed up on time for our Tee-time we were told we had to wait over a half hour just to get a cart. Once we got it we were waiting behind four groups. Then on every Tee box on the first 9 it was the same so we tried to get a rain check because there was no way we were finishing in time. They denied us and told us we had time. So we tried rushing the back 9 and only made it through 3 holes before they came and flagged us off the course. When tried to go in for a raincheck/refund after they locked the doors so we couldn’t even speak to them. I will never go back here or recommend this place to anyone!

We had a great time. The pace of play was slow they need to do a better job of pairing up 2s and 1s. Really slowed the play having Small individual groups. Watch out for the bees. Everywhere you go they follow.

reasonable rates, well groomed and maintained. challenging hole placements, varying hole distances so its not just drive, pitch and putt. greens are very consistent and in great shape. the staff was friendly, helpful and pleasantly accommodating.

Only played 4 holes before 30 minutes of heavy rain, and was offered a $10 credit.

Staff in the pro shop was standoffish and rude. A few of the holes had really rough spots (mud traps, major potholes in cart path, etc.). Otherwise it was a very pleasant course. The greens were very well kept and rolled well. Great game!

this was my first time at this course. The lady inside and starter were amazing. However the old man who was taking care of carts has a rotten attitude. Was yelling at me and my buddy to hurry up and get in line. Which didnt make sense since there was 6 peopl ahead of us. Definitely a major dislike for the course which my opinion is a gem in the middle of Detroit

I was looking to get a rain check for Chandler Park Drive Detroit Michigan today. I talked to the people at the desk for the golf course and they told me to call GolfNow and either get a refund for my game today or get a rain check for the full 18 holes.

Chandler park was the course I lived at as a kid, with my uncle being the former GM I would wash carts to golf all the time. Not to shame my uncle but the course was in much better shape than when he was there, or American golf. It looks like an actual golf course and not a golf course that was placed on a park. It was my first time there in 7 years and enjoyed every second of it.
