Golf
The course, staff and overall was very good. My only issue was the $10 per person park entrance because its a Metropark. Huron Meadows and Mystic Creek are also Metroparks and they don't charge anything to enter. Kennington has always charged this $10 to basically just park at the golf course - however, previously that $10 went towards golf this changed a few years back and had forgotten about it until I was stopped at the ticket booth. They have lost a customer due to this policy - been an avid weekly golfer all over SE MIchigan and this is the only course that charges you to park
Enjoyable course but cart path needs fixing PLS!
I know its after winter, but PLS fix your cart part.
Course was in great shape
The staff has really done a nice job maintaining the course. All the staff—especially Dan who manages the carts—were very friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely play here again.
Metro Parks Courses are Great!!
Outstanding course. Great layout and scenery. Kensington Metro Park Golf Course is Always Extremely well groomed and maintained. Definitely a pleasure to return for a round. OH Yeah and at an Outstanding price $ 👏
Well maintained
It was awesome time. After rain fall, the condition was no good , but we enjoyed very much.
My son had the first course there. He loved it.
Nice course, pace of play not nice
Love this course. Beautiful layout throughout the metropark. My only consistent complaint with this course is pace of play. I get out as a single a lot and this course consistently has people who will not let me play through. Not to mention a 6-some was a few holes ahead of me backing everyone else up.
Besides that, no complains, great value for this course.
Very good course. Distracted with the traffic noise from the nearby interstate. Didn’t realize it would be that noisy. But the course? Very good condition.
Wonderful course
Paid $25 to walk 18 on a Saturday afternoon. Cant beat that! Course was aerated yet putts rolled well. Overall pace of play was very solid and kept in check by the starter. It is $10 to enter the park, but $35 to walk 18 on a Saturday is still incredible. Had time to check out the nature center as well.

One of the best Metro Detroit courses
First time at the course, and safe to say I will be back. The course layout was really fun, with the right amount of challenge and forgiveness. Greens were fun and in great shape, as well as the rest of the course. Only downside is the lack of driving range to warm up, but there are nets and two chipping/putting greens that reflect the greens on the course.

From tee box to the green was very well maintained
Only complaint is that one has to pay a metro park entrance fee to get to the course. Otherwise, very good day overall.
