Hodge Park Golf Course

Great day for golf. The course was in good condition but the player was not. Had a a
Great time for my first outing of the year.

I always enjoy playing at Hodge. It is a nice course, friendly staff and well governed. I was by myself and showed up a little early. Was offered to either join the twosome in front of me or wait and go by myself. Chose the first and had a great time.

The course is not difficult which is what I prefer. Not hilly so it can be walked if desired.

Hodge is nice course to practice on. 1,2,3 can be easily reached in 1 or 2. 4 and 5 are nice holes, 6 you can go for the green or layup short of the water. 7 is up hill but you can Iron it in from the tips. 8 is a birdie ho,e and 9 is a nice hole. 10 is a little hokey, 11 is fairly long par 5. 12 is a par three 190 from the tip. 13 uphill severe right turn guarded by woods, my favorite hole and 14-15 you can drive it but 15 has a huge risk if you go for it. 16 easy, 17 long par 5 birdie hole, 18 you can birdie easily, I like the course. Manager is cool and the staff is usually friendly.

Couldn't have asked for a better Sunday. The fairways and greens are in great shape and the leaves have been kept to a minimum on the entire course. The greens have hardly any pitch/divot marks. Kudos to the greens keepers. Played in the morning and got done in plenty of time for lunch. Some holes are short but no gimmes either. Just watch for blind shots and water hazards crossing/touching the fairways. It's a very fun course. I like playing more often in the Fall and would visit this course again.

The course was well-maintained. Fairways were in good condition and the greens were in excellent shape.

Excellent golf course for a quick round in the middle of the week, especially in the fall when the trees are turning colors.

Front nine was fun back nine was a challenge. Staff was friendly. Nice course layout without many trouble spots to hassle a beginner.

Great price, great staff...the course was in great shape ! It was a great day !!

As a beginning golfer, this is a good course. It has a good variety of holes. It is challenging, but doable. The paths are well marked, but make sure you pick up a scorecard, because there are some blind holes that are confusing.

Popular local course. Can get real slow when busy.

The fairways and greens were the best I've seen. The ball stands up good in the fairways with zoysia.

Being a public course the tee boxes were nice not tore up fairways were in good shape the greens were very nice in great condition only downside was with a bad shot the rough was pretty tall almost a natural hazard just needed to be cut. Other than that great round of golf and would play again and recommend it highly

Not a bad golfing experience, greens were a little slow, rough was fairly challenging and the zoysia fairways were very good.

I've played this course for 8 years. The zoysia conversion is complete and it was the best I've ever seen it. I played super fast, and was a little surprised when two groups didn't let me through. I went around them, and each of them had a member of the Marshalls playing with them. Hmmm. No biggie, I just want to have fun. Greens are slow but consistent. The branch on the First Tee needs to be removed. That's ridiculous. All other tees except #12 are good.

This was my first time at this course . The cart was included with the price of the Golf Now, If it wasn't I actually would have preferred to walk. This course is a walker friendly course . The staff was very helpful and friendly,the course was challenging yet enjoyable. We had a group in front of us and behind and we were still able to finish under 4 hours :) We will be back !!

Not a bad little course, had a great round. The rough could use some work.

Boxes were ok fairways and rough decent but the greens were jaw dropping hairy. Sooooooooo slow. Made playing pointless
