Hodge Park Golf Course

I felt like the course was in very good condition. To be sure the rough is thick and somewhat high but that is by plan. It's not uncut rough; they just cut it high. The course is very enjoyable but will be challenging if you get off the fairways.

The best shape I have seen it in for year. Greens in great shape & the new fairways really starting to take.

The tee boxes looked like they planted crops on them. Rough was about 8 in long. Way to much construction going on for it to be full price. Hopefully next year it will be better.

course had not been mowed. rough was worse than US OPEN , Course is in transition to soyza grass, carts were mostly 90 degree rule. Would wait 5 more years to play until new grass get setter in.wife lost 7 balls in the rough , but found 12 during the round.

I always have fun at Hodge Park. The course is not as difficult as some but a good match for my skill level. The staff is always friendly and helpful, especially up the big hill to the parking lot. I recommend Hodge Park for a good golf day.

I would recommend this course to anyone for the value of 25 per person. Good course. Greens slow but in good shape. Need to mow the collars around the green. A little thick.

Hodge has had its ups and downs as far as course conditions because it gets a lot of play. St this point in the season, it is looking pretty good. Plays pretty easy so if your wanting to score well, this is a good place to play!

Pace of play was horrendous. 6 - 2 somes in a row in front of us. They were adding two somes on the back 9 at the turn.

Booked a special from Golf now. Very good value. The course was in good condition.

Pace of play was extremely slow, was only thru 5 holes an hour and a half in..called Marshall and they attempted to speed things up but still waited at every tee box

The course fairways and Tee boxes were just replaced a few years ago. Fairways have grown in nicely but, tee boxes are horrible!! Greens will be nice once weather straightens out.

Hodge park is really solid and is greening up nicely. Still a couple holes where the tee box and some areas around the greens do not have all of the grass in yet. The course has about 9 dead straight and wide open holes and 7 holes with semi-blind tee shots. There are only two holes (6 and 15) where water will take the driver from most peoples hands. I completely recommend this track.

Everytime I have golfed here, it has been backed up at Hole 1.

A nice course for what I paid. I dont play long so I had to lay up on some holes but the longer hitters I was playing with liked being able to "go for it".

You meet some of the nicest people at Hodge Park. Being from out of town, having nice people to play with enhances my golfing experience. Since Hodge Park is so inexpensive, the players tend to be more relaxed about their rounds that at "high end" courses. The course itself can be tough if you don't know the layout (hidden water, for instance). The conditions were really good for mid-April. My only complaint would be that the collars of the greens haven't grown in yet, so putting from just off the green is tricky to impossible. Otherwise, very good conditions with very friendly playing companions. A good time had by all.

I love playing this course. It was just a little too early for the fairways but other than that it was great as always!!!!

Like the course alot and will play again but not often 50 minute drive for me. If north of the river try it you will like it.

Course was in really good shape for this early, greens were fairly smooth and faster than anticipated.

This course has some challenging holes and is nicely laid out.
